A nice cabin with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. The only downside is the Wi-Fi which is terrible. I hosted 11 men who needed to work online but they had to go find Wi-Fi elsewhere which was disruptive to our event,

The location and property were great! Outside of some cosmetic issues that we flagged right at the beginning (can light was not secured to the ceiling and another was missing) the stay was great. During our stay we noticed a pipe appeared to be leaking from the 3rd floor to the second. The homeowner had their great maintenance guy out to help solve the problem very quickly! Would definitely recommend.

Overall we had a great stay. Some hiccups but Avantstay made the overall stay better. They were very communicative and I felt like I always had someone there to help. The home does need updates but overall good for a bigger group.

Majestic Cabin

The cabin was awesome for our group. However being a luxury cabin there were certain elements that were not to standard given the price to stay here. All showers are backed up, game room and theater room needs a refresh, thrashed. Dishwasher was disgusting, put or order and had mold growing in it. Other then that, we enjoyed our stay.

New Years Family Ski Trip

The house was located in a great neighborhood with a 20 min drive to Palisades ski resort. Overall the house was nice, but its ready for some updating. My biggest complaint was the wifi, it would come and go and the TV Theater room never worked because of it. We also cooked often, but sadly the cookware was in bad shape. If they fix the wifi and freshen up the house furniture and cookware it would be a much better property and inline with the rate charged.
