We're sorry to hear that your stay was not all it should have been. We were surprised to hear about the bed issue here though, after we had been in contact about the internet during your stay, and a missing hairdryer after your stay. The inspector came out the day we saw the review, and found no bugs of any kind. We did communicate about the internet and thought we had resolved that, having heard nothing further from you on that subject. We are glad that you were able to enjoy enough aspects of your stay to recommend it to others.

Thank you for choosing "Coolidge Falls 15C" townhouse for your trip to NH's White Mountains, and the kind review of your experience at the property. It surely is an amazing place. Til next time, thanks again for choosing Loon Reservation Service, THE Loon Condo Connection for all your local accommodation needs.

We're sorry that you had those issues. We do leave the pool pass on the dining table and the TV's should have been working. Sometimes the input gets changed. Please call us should you have any issues during your next visit, as we are here 7 days a week, with 24 hour answering service, to be ready to assist.

We're sorry to hear that you did not enjoy your stay as much as you should have. With the large event across the street from your townhouse, and notification from the owner's association that there is not an overflow parking area in Coolidge Falls, but rather at the Village of Loon, which would likely be overflowing already, we stated the number of parking spaces permitted by the town. The parking passes help other owners contact you or our office, should you be parked in their space. We did give you a flyer at check-in with our number, which you could call if there were any questions or issues with your stay. We would have happily sent someone to clean up what the housekeeper evidently missed, or answered your question that you could leave the keys in the condo and/or depart later, should you desire, as long as no-one else was arriving to the same home on the same day. When we asked on departure if you had a good stay, we would have appreciated hearing about any unhappiness at that point (if not earlier), so that we could do something to resolve it immediately. We wanted to have the time to listen to you with full concentration, should you have something to share. Again, we are sorry that you were not as happy with your stay as you should have been, but hope that you will give us another try and let us know of any questions or concerns that may arise, during your stay.
