Nice quiet stay

Stayed here for 4 nights while working in the area. Had a great stay- very quiet and in a very nice area. Smooth sailing start to finish

The room was clean enough. Though I cleaned up from whoever was there before me. The only other thing was that the mattress was not good, it bowed in big time. Definitely needs to be renewed. Besides that sarah was super helpful. And the location was great. This is a great place to rent to check out providence

I'm smitten!

I was worried when it was classified as a studio that it would be small and was pleasantly surprised at how large, open, airy and bright it was. It was surprisingly quiet for an older building. AC was amazing in the hot humid weather. Great location to local business (eat at the Grange and 7 Stars Bakery!!) and downtown as well as the highway! Beautiful exterior and landscaping. Easy parking and access. I'm ready to move in! Couple things to note: 1 - The apartment door lock key pad was a bit confusing with regards to locking it behind us, so be sure to turn the latch and wait for the clicking sound and check the lock before departing. 2 - If you are sensitive to light you'll want to pack your eye mask as the large, gorgeous windows fill the room with light bright and early. See you on my next visit!

Perfect place

This property location was perfect for our long weekend get away! It was a great neighborhood, had a lovely bakery a few blocks away. I would highly recommend staying here.

Great location for Brown Reunion

Everything went well. When we mentioned that the bathroom mirror was not usable by my wife a replacement was installed that very day. We would rent here again. Every thing we needed was in the neighborhood. Especially enjoyed the very short walk to West side dinner. Less than 10 min to Brown Campus

Very well maintained older building

This was a lovely, spacious, and well equipped efficiency. It is as charming as the pictures depict. Our only suggestions would be elevating the temp on the hot water and maybe some simple instructions for the HVAC remote. Otherwise, it is just perfect for anyone spending a few days in the Providence area.

Im 20 plus years in the hospitality business, mainly hotels and restaurants where I held executive level positions. I am a born and raised Rhode Islander, and love love LOVE being a host!!!

As an full time host, I have hosted thousands of stays with people of all backgrounds. A friend suggested I'd be perfect for it and I've never looked back. At first I started hosting in my home and rented my extra room for a year, welcoming all walks of life into my home and making a few great friends and connections along the way!

It gives me great joy to host. I am available for every step of your trip from the property search to travel tips and entertainment suggestions.

I currently manage full time and oversee over 15 properties on behalf of three different owners.
