I stayed at this property because we were traveling with a two year old and wanted a separate room for them, and the ability to be beachfront and relax during naps.
The pros- clean, lots of space, lots of amenities, great maid services, ability to enjoy whole resort plus ritz hotel side
The cons- this specific property was not beach facing. You face the garden and is on of the furthest from the beach. If you look to the left from the ground floor porch you see some beach. But it was described as beachfront/waterfront and it just isn't. Ground level- impacts view but also we were swarmed by mosquitos inside our rooms. From what guests told us, the upper floors don't have that problem.
Given the price for a week, i feel they should have been more forthcoming about the views.
The property manager hosts dozens of properties and the photos are all generic and I'm sure some are higher up, etc. I think it's misleading and unfair not to explain to bookers what room they are getting and the specific details- eg, facing the garden, ground floor room.
