Really cool place right off King. Very clean and great communication by host. Was a bit noisy with neighbors and construction given it’s in an up and coming location. Look forward to staying there again!

The property is cozy, clean, and comfortable. It's a convenient walk for shopping, restaurants, and some site seeing. It worked well for us but the noise of adjacent major construction might be a negative if you're not an early riser.

The location was great-walking distance to many things if you are willing to put the steps in. Driveway is narrow so small SUV or smaller car only. Lower apartment was great for my daughter and I. The greatest challenge we had was the people staying in the upper apartment. They were so loud each night and very disruptive with their yelling and language. The walls are thin so hope for good neighbors.

Host was incredibly attentive, easy to contact, and provided exceptional service through our stay. With the location on the north side of Kind Street, just about everything was walkable, allowing us easy navigation of the downtown area, knowing we just had to head back to The Hideout to get home.

The unit was adorable and had everything we needed including the most comfortable beds! The only downside was the large construction project directly across the street. They started before dawn and made considerable noise.

Great location and overall a pleasant stay. The beds were very comfortable, which made it easy to relax. The driveway is a bit tight as noted in the listing, so larger SUVs may find parking a little tricky. There is some street noise in the room with the king mattress, and you can occasionally hear the tenants upstairs. It didn’t bother us, but those looking for complete quiet may want to keep that in mind. Overall, a good experience.

Great responsive host. As mentioned in other reviews it is near a main road, so a little noisy, but they provide noise makers in each room. Very walkable to most of historic Charleston. Comfortable beds. We would stay again!

The house was as described. Clean and boy oh boy those beds and pillows were extremely soft. Best sleep in a long time. It was a bit noisy, but that will be temporary when the construction across the street stops. Location was PERFECT! Price was right and the house was great! Only suggestion would be to get a rubber mat for the shower as my husband and I both slipped.

Location was great. There was a lot of construction going on in the area but that didn’t bother us. Parking spot was super tight, thank goodness we had a small car. All in all it was a Great little place for the two of us!

The landlord was very responsive to questions, requests, etc. Good location as far as being pretty close to everything downtown. The place was clean and we had a good amount of privacy from neighbors.

Solid Charleston stay

Easy booking, great location and was exactly as the pics portrayed. Would definitely recommend this to anyone on a weekend away in Charleston. The beds were awesome and soft bedding!
