The Space:

Stay at Rosé Getaway and enjoy amazing sunset views from the private rooftop deck! Live like a local in this unbeatable location - steps to King St.



– Property Layout –



🏡 1st Floor :

A large kitchen, dining table for 6, and living room create the perfect place for gathering. Open concept living with high ceilings, plus a porch with a pair of rocking chairs.



🏡 2nd Floor :

1 King Bedroom & 1 Queen Bedroom share a Jack and Jill Bathroom, plus a porch with a pair of rocking chairs.



🏡 3rd Floor :

Primary Suite - King Bed and private Ensuite Bathroom complete with double sink vanity, shower, and separate bath tub. Opens to the private rooftop deck with rocking chairs and wicker seating.



Guest Access:

• Guests have access to entire home including the private rooftop deck.



• The house has an electronic door lock and a unique code will be provided that will work for the duration of your stay.



• Parking for 1 vehicle is provided in our private driveway.



The Neighborhood:

This home is in the most vibrant and walkable areas in Charleston. It is just three blocks from Upper King Street, where some of the world's most famous restaurants are just a step away. Nightlife begins literally around the corner. Convenient to all tourist attractions.



Getting Around:

• Walkable Neighborhood – Steps to top restaurants, bars & shops



• Uber/Lyft Available – Quick & easy rides to attractions



• DASH Trolley (FREE) – Stops nearby & takes you around downtown



Other Things to Note:

• No parties or events.



• Pets allowed with $250 fee per pet.



• Baby gear rentals are available upon request for an additional fee.



• Stairs required – Bedrooms are located on the 2nd / 3rd floors.



• This home has multiple sets of stairs and is not child-proofed. Families with infants and children are welcome, but please be aware of these risks.



• For security purposes only there is an exterior camera monitoring the driveway and front door entrance.



• There is an excessive noise monitor present on the property. It does not record audio - only decibel levels.

You cannot go wrong staying at this beautiful place. Has all the amenities needed. Wonderful large kitchen, really nice updated bathrooms, with lovely bedrooms and beds that were very comfortable. You cannot leave a review without commenting on the 3 balconies. One, especially special is a roof top. My sisters and I spent hours up there! We were walking distance to King Street, can't get better than that. The hosts were easy to get in touch with and wonderful to work with from the beginning to end. Thank you so much Tom and Hannah!!

The home was as advertised. Very well maintained 3-bedroom home three blocks from King Street. Bedrooms were well furnished with comfortable beds. Roof top patio had good furniture with clean cushions. Some places advertise things like that and then you go and see stained or broken furniture. That is certainly not the case here. Hosts were very responsive. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Great location!! Close to King St. and all the shopping. Not far to explore all of Charleston, and able to experience staying in a local neighborhood. Absolutely beautiful home and had best sleep ever!!! Hosts were very good with communication and can’t wait to return!!!

Perfect place to stay in Charleston! We visit frequently and usually stay in a hotel near the Battery, but we had a friend join us, so we decided to get a house. The location was FANTASTIC; we were able to walk almost everywhere, and the property itself was immaculate. Having a private parking spot was an added bonus. Will definitely stay again.

It is a wonderful place to stay… by far the best we have stayed in and we have stayed in a lot of vrbos! Only thing I would say is go to the house before you go shopping for items you think you’ll need , they provide so many things other ones don’t which was amazing! All they don’t supply besides food was laundry soap and tissues! We will definitely stay again! It is a little loud because of the location but didn’t bother us at all! Location is perfect if you don’t want to rent a car! Thank you

Fantastic Getaway

Property is in an excellent location, close to bars and restaurants. Extremely well stocked, they’ve thought of everything, and it’s wonderfully comfortable for a short or long trip. Will definitely be back next time we are in Charleston!

Great stay at the Rose’ Getaway

Perfect location for girls weekend

My sisters and I stayed for three days at this cute house. Mostly we had booked for a place that would have a comfortable vibe where we could sit and talk for hours and this place had a really comfortable living space and the rooftop lounge when the sun came out was beyond relaxing.The location was absolutely perfect for walking to really amazing restaurants. We walked to the market a few times and that was also an easy hike.All in all, it was the perfect location for us

Charleston mini vacay

This place is great. The decor was beautiful and the house was spotlessly clean. The location was perfect as it was close to King Street but just far enough away to avoid that hustle and bustle when we wanted. Our hosts checked in on us via text daily. They were quick to respond during our booking and prior to our arrival. We didn’t need to contact them during our stay because everything was perfect!

Amazing House

This house was in a perfect location. Very close to King Street. It was very clean and perfect for our family of four (two teenagers). Definitely recommend Ubering if going down by the water. Ubers always close by. Definitely will be rebooking on our next visit!

We really enjoyed our stay in Charleston and this residence added to the experience. Superb location, lots of space, very clean. Although just myself and my wife, you could accommodate 3 couples very comfortably without any sort of issue. We would love to stay again if ever in Charleston.

Great home for a family reunion

My husband, his 2 brothers and all three wives enjoyed a lovely 3 night reunion at Rose Cottage. Terrific location, property and hosts. Plenty of room to spread out and a great rooftop lounge.

Charleston Nightmare

My family and I stayed one night at what was supposed to be five nights. We were cut short by Hurricane Debby. Unfortunately we were not refunded. We now know the importance of travel insurance and strongly recommend anyone vacationing with VRBO obtain it because they will refuse to work with you despite catastrophic flooding and weather. The home itself was beautiful and very clean. We will no longer be vacationing through VRBO. As long time customers we are very disappointed with the customer service we received.

Rose Getaway was Amazing

We loved the Rose Getaway. It was clean and comfortable. Centrally located, it made a fantastic place to relax after exploring Charleston. The rooftop patio was a great little place to unwind with a cold beverage at night. Tom was quick to respond to the very minor issue we had. All in all, the next time we travel to Charleston we will definitely try to see if we can book this home again.
