Overall stay was good. The parking is terrible. Only two cars aloud to park in the driveway. Beach is very far from the house. Tram is not longer running in this area. Very inconvenient with small children. I would not recommend this house if you have small children.

Beautiful Home, Cozy!

Home was very cozy and beautiful. Many places to sleep, kids especially enjoyed the bunk beds. The only offer of advice I’d give is to have cleaning supplies readily available, like a good vacuum for those that track in sand. Overall, great place to stay. We love treetops and this is our second time coming here.

Wonderful place to stay!

We had a large group with all age groups of kids and everyone was comfortable and happy! There was a pool so close, a tram stop close and the best shopping centers! Everything was professional and thought of. We loved it

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time. Traveled with my husband and our 2 children and their spouses plus our 2 year old granddaughter. The location of the home was perfect. Their is a Publix Grocery store within a mile or 2. We walked on the path to Rosemary Beach. Very quiet neighborhood, however I would imagine summer is much different. Management company was great to work with and very quick to respond.

Great location!

Perfect house for our family. We enjoyed using the tram to take us to beach and the bikes for going into town. So much space with plenty of bedrooms and baths. Great location to get to everything!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Recently stayed in this precious house due to some emergency maintenance in my own. Everything went smoothly, home was very clean and well stocked. An added convenience is the entrance from Hwy 98! The only thing I would change and this is not in control of the management company nor the owners, is the position of the ports- potty at the home across the driveway. It is in the back up zone so a little hard to back out. Other than that, we appreciated use of bikes. By the way, the artwork is beautiful. We were very comfortable on this stay. THANK YOU!

Thanksgiving 2022

We had a great Family Thanksgiving. Property was very isolated from what we usually rent. Being right off 98 took a bit of getting acclimated, but was convenient to stores and restaurants. Construction all around and noisy during the day. Not sure we will return to this particular property again.

Excellent location!

We had a wonderful time this week. The house was perfect for our needs. I know it says in the description that there is construction on the surrounding houses but I was hoping it wouldn’t be too bad. Unfortunately, their portable potty was right beside our deck making it awkward for us when they were using it and not a great view. The workers start working around 7:00am. Other than that the location is perfect and beautiful. Once all the houses are complete this will be a great neighborhood! We would definitely stay here again!

Seacrest Hideaway

Amazing property with lots of room for entertaining and relaxing. All the hot spots are a short bike ride away. Internet is a little dodgy but hey your supposed to be on holidays…lol

Expensive For The Value

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The internet is basically non-existent. ALWAYS. The Property Manager responded quickly to complaints about the internet because it wasn't working at all but we continued to have issues and used our hot spots every day-all day. We were warned of the construction around the house, but the workers constantly block the drive so we couldn't get out or parked partially on the alley way and we would have a hard time getting by. The furniture is very soiled and needs to be cleaned. Kitchen utensils and pots and pans need to be updated. The utensils are missing handles and are extremely damaged. The pots and pans are just in bad condition. The doors could use a keyless entry pad. The lock box the key is stored in is very difficult to get into and at night there is no light outside to see to access.The dining room table top is very unstable.

Relaxing Christmas

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time here during Christmas week. Property is very clean and management company was a pleasure to deal with. A few things to mention. Parking is rough. House comes with 2 spots and there is no parking on the street or near the pool. While there is an area for additional parking, it's quiet a hike! Highly unpleasant in the evening since community has no street lights. Internet is still an issue. We restrated the router and it worked ok but very slow. There are no toilet paper holders or hand towel holders in any of the bathrooms. Pet fee at $500 seems higher than most other places. With all that said, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to others! Rooms are lovely and beds are comfortable. Living room area is perfect for a large family gathering.

Beautiful home and location

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house is beautiful and had all the amenities we needed to cook meals, which was great. The bikes were really nice to have. The beds were very comfortable and the sleeping arrangements were also great. We had a few issues such as the wi-fi didn't work for the first several days - this should have been fixed quicker. Some of the adults were trying to work so this was a problem. Also the air conditioning broke, so we had one rough night of sleep where it was way too hot. They fixed it right away the next morning though. The house next door is under construction though they weren't working on it while we were there, thankfully. The area was completely flooded and swampy. It was a little far from the beaches and there wasn't really parking so that was challenging. We thought we could get around on bikes easily, but they had the gate blocked off for some construction so we couldn't take the logical and safe route and instead had to take golf carts on a very busy street which was scary. Some of these issues were situational and might be better for the next guests. The space itself was beautiful and comfortable.

It was the perfect home away from home during a stressful evacuation from Hurricane Ida. We were thankful that pets were allowed so we could evacuate with our pets. We had an issue with one of the AC's; however, it was handled quickly and successfully. Would definitely stay here again.

The whole building inside needed a deep clean service.

3tvs did not work. Sink stop up. One of beds on 2nd floor was broke. Air conditioner went out. Internet service was awful. Was told it was upgraded. Hair all over the steps. Shower rod fell off wall. So did towel hook. I will give credit where it’s due. Maintenance did correct a lot of problems. But this should not before a customer rents. Things need to be checked more closely

We enjoyed the immediate pool access. And the beach access that was accessible by tram with out having to drive far. We were on vacation with the feeling of home. It had everything you needed. The house was beautiful.
