Beautiful Home, Cozy!

Home was very cozy and beautiful. Many places to sleep, kids especially enjoyed the bunk beds. The only offer of advice I’d give is to have cleaning supplies readily available, like a good vacuum for those that track in sand. Overall, great place to stay. We love treetops and this is our second time coming here.

We love this property!

This property is beautiful! We had 14 staying there and it was very accommodating and spacious. Beautiful decor. Just a short bike ride from the beach. We enjoyed the pool as well! We will definitely return!

House is great, the beach is entirely too crowded so we only went once. Other than that the pool was great and the trip was relaxing!

A Great Stay with Family

Our stay here was very enjoyable! Having a pool across the street and bikes to use was very convenient. The home was very nicely decorated and it was great having so many TVs. The only issue were the beds. Although big, the queen mattresses were not very comfortable.

Thanksgiving 2022

We had a great Family Thanksgiving. Property was very isolated from what we usually rent. Being right off 98 took a bit of getting acclimated, but was convenient to stores and restaurants. Construction all around and noisy during the day. Not sure we will return to this particular property again.

60th Birthday Celebration with the family

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time. Traveled with my husband and our 2 children and their spouses plus our 2 year old granddaughter. The location of the home was perfect. Their is a Publix Grocery store within a mile or 2. We walked on the path to Rosemary Beach. Very quiet neighborhood, however I would imagine summer is much different. Management company was great to work with and very quick to respond.

2021 Family vacation

We enjoyed the immediate pool access. And the beach access that was accessible by tram with out having to drive far. We were on vacation with the feeling of home. It had everything you needed. The house was beautiful.

Excellent location!

We had a wonderful time this week. The house was perfect for our needs. I know it says in the description that there is construction on the surrounding houses but I was hoping it wouldn’t be too bad. Unfortunately, their portable potty was right beside our deck making it awkward for us when they were using it and not a great view. The workers start working around 7:00am. Other than that the location is perfect and beautiful. Once all the houses are complete this will be a great neighborhood! We would definitely stay here again!

Only negative comment is regarding the WiFi. I was working during the week and the WiFi was terribly slow. If you are on a true vacation and not working, it's fine. If you are planning on working remotely you may have to use your hotspot.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Main beef with this place is that the whole area is under construction, with one house right by the neighborhood pool. This made the pool experience less than desirable. There is a large resort style pool in the Seacrest community that we assumed we could use instead, but quickly learned when we did not have the right color bracelets we could not. Called management to see about using this other pool considering the construction right by ours, but they would not accommodate.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Recently stayed in this precious house due to some emergency maintenance in my own. Everything went smoothly, home was very clean and well stocked. An added convenience is the entrance from Hwy 98! The only thing I would change and this is not in control of the management company nor the owners, is the position of the ports- potty at the home across the driveway. It is in the back up zone so a little hard to back out. Other than that, we appreciated use of bikes. By the way, the artwork is beautiful. We were very comfortable on this stay. THANK YOU!

Relaxing Christmas

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time here during Christmas week. Property is very clean and management company was a pleasure to deal with. A few things to mention. Parking is rough. House comes with 2 spots and there is no parking on the street or near the pool. While there is an area for additional parking, it's quiet a hike! Highly unpleasant in the evening since community has no street lights. Internet is still an issue. We restrated the router and it worked ok but very slow. There are no toilet paper holders or hand towel holders in any of the bathrooms. Pet fee at $500 seems higher than most other places. With all that said, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to others! Rooms are lovely and beds are comfortable. Living room area is perfect for a large family gathering.

Expensive For The Value

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The internet is basically non-existent. ALWAYS. The Property Manager responded quickly to complaints about the internet because it wasn't working at all but we continued to have issues and used our hot spots every day-all day. We were warned of the construction around the house, but the workers constantly block the drive so we couldn't get out or parked partially on the alley way and we would have a hard time getting by. The furniture is very soiled and needs to be cleaned. Kitchen utensils and pots and pans need to be updated. The utensils are missing handles and are extremely damaged. The pots and pans are just in bad condition. The doors could use a keyless entry pad. The lock box the key is stored in is very difficult to get into and at night there is no light outside to see to access.The dining room table top is very unstable.

Beautiful home and location

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house is beautiful and had all the amenities we needed to cook meals, which was great. The bikes were really nice to have. The beds were very comfortable and the sleeping arrangements were also great. We had a few issues such as the wi-fi didn't work for the first several days - this should have been fixed quicker. Some of the adults were trying to work so this was a problem. Also the air conditioning broke, so we had one rough night of sleep where it was way too hot. They fixed it right away the next morning though. The house next door is under construction though they weren't working on it while we were there, thankfully. The area was completely flooded and swampy. It was a little far from the beaches and there wasn't really parking so that was challenging. We thought we could get around on bikes easily, but they had the gate blocked off for some construction so we couldn't take the logical and safe route and instead had to take golf carts on a very busy street which was scary. Some of these issues were situational and might be better for the next guests. The space itself was beautiful and comfortable.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The space was 100% accommodating for our group. It was beautifully decorated and privacy for each family was perfect. We did have some issues with the construction of other homes going on around our rental. This being the amount of traffic and space available for our cars due to this. We also had an issue with the kitchen utensils and pots and pans not being clean and ready for use. They had stuck on food which we had to clean everything we used because of this issue and there was cereal underneath the dining room table and dining chairs from previous renters in the pantry floor had leftover food and dust bunnies That was disappointing . Three weeks after departing I was charged a damage fee $130 for a small chair that had 2 small spots on it and a small spot on the side of the couch they claim we left behind.... definitely could’ve been handled with a can of resolve upholstery cleaner vs an entire cleaning company. The hand railing of the stairs detached from the wall and the microwave was working intermittently which we placed a maintenance call for the very first day.

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The place is beautiful. Everything was updated and looked like just in the pictures. But looks can be deceiving! The first thing I noticed was in the bathroom the toilet has a large window behind it with no shade covering. And there is a house across the street with workers there. One of the other bedrooms has a door with a large glass window also no covering no shade covering on it. And not only does it not keep out the sun but all Night long you could hear the frogs going in the pond below. It was impossible to sleep in this room! The other thing was the Wi-Fi. It was horrible. We tried renting movies several times but it buffered throughout the whole movie. What should have taken an hour and a half took three hours at least. The kids were very unhappy they could not watch movies or play any games together. There was only one smart TV throughout the house. My friend went there and could not even work from there because the Wi-Fi was so bad. The third floor also was not cold when we got there the AC was off and it took many hours to cool off. Overall I would not stay here again and I would not recommend the place to my friends. I think it’s a cute house. But it has a lot of work to make it worth staying there for a vacation rental

Wonderful place to stay!

We had a large group with all age groups of kids and everyone was comfortable and happy! There was a pool so close, a tram stop close and the best shopping centers! Everything was professional and thought of. We loved it
