It's on a quiet and safe hilltop neighborhood in Pinole with full access to the backyard patio with magnificent sunset skies and ocean views of San Pablo Bay and Napa Valley. This is a perfect warm and welcoming place for a couple to enjoy a getaway weekend or a business trip or an extended stay.
The space
Welcome. Enjoy your own private entrance to the in-law studio unit. We are on top of a hill and you have full access to the backyard garden patio with beautiful ocean views and our garden. The unit is recently renovated so it is very neat, clean and beautiful. A comfy queen bed with smart tv, Roku and high-speed wifi access. A 2 person dining table which also makes for a great laptop work space. The bathroom has a bidet toilet and rain shower head. In 2021 we upgraded the unit with a skylight and a remote controlled ceiling fan/light for better ambiance.

Pinole is equidistantly located between Napa Valley Wine Country (25 miles) and San Francisco (23 miles). Check out Pinole on a map to confirm. There is public bus transportation, a bus line that comes once an hour on the nearby corner and a nearby Bus Terminal with an express bus to Downtown San Francisco. The nearest bart is a 12 minute drive or about 6 miles away.
I am also a 2 minute drive or 15 min walk to a Sprouts, Trader Joes, Walgreens, CVS, Starbucks, Peets, Chipotle, Subway, In and Out Burger, etc - Also some nice restaurants in downtown Pinole and a super hip and lively Coffee Shop named East Bay Coffee Company. There is also a bowling alley next to the Sprouts and some nearby bars. There are also great ocean front bay hiking and biking areas in nearby Pinole Shores.
