That said, we sincerely apologize for the condition of the condo during your stay. The issues you described particularly the plumbing concerns, cleanliness of the shower, and the non-functioning dishwasher are not reflective of the standards we strive to uphold. We also regret that the patio furniture was uncomfortable and in disrepair, as we understand how important that space is to the overall guest experience. Please be assured that your comments have been shared with our maintenance and housekeeping teams for immediate review and corrective action. We are addressing these matters to ensure they are resolved promptly and do not impact future guests. We truly appreciate your feedback, as it helps us improve.
