This is lovely place. We loved the great lake views, easy access to the water, the covered porch facing the lake. The inside was nice and the kitchen was well-stocked with pots, pans, dishes, utensils, etc. Furniture and beds were comfortable enough. Hot tub was enjoyed several times. No issues with the check-in process.A few things kept us from giving 5 stars:- The place was a little more care-worn than it appears in the photos.- The heaters on the main level are quite noisy. If we had needed them more, it would have been quite annoying.- The house has no A/C, which was not a problem for our stay, but could have been in the heat of summer.- If you plan to cook and like good knives, you should bring some. The ones provided were only fair.

Great time by the Lake

The location is perfect on a beautiful part of the lake. the backyard was perfect for lawn games and picnics. the fire pit was great and the hot tub was clean! there was no AC but the house cooled off with windows open and fans on. overall we had a great time and would stay here again!

Great getaway

We throughly enjoyed ourselves at Smooth Sailing. We fished, hiked and spent a lot of time in the hot tub. Just what the doctor ordered.
