We had a wonderful stay. It was very comfortable. We used the kitchen for most every meal and it had everything we needed. Everyone was comfortable and the girls loved having their own space in the loft. Our dog was comfortable as well. We would definitely stay again.

We had a wonderful stay at the Red Viking. The beds were particularly comfortable and the pillows were excellent too. We enjoyed the "great room" and the deck with views of beautiful redwood trees surrounding the house. It was a restful and restorative stay. And we had clear and very responsive communication from the host in the weeks leading up to and through our stay. Thank you!

The Red Viking home is stunning! The home is stocked with pretty much everything you’ll need for a great and successful family trip. Plenty of bath towels/pillows/blankets for the whole crew. Check in and check out we’re both so simple. We thoroughly enjoyed our time! Highly recommend!

The property is beautiful and very nicely maintained. The neighborhood was extremely quiet and there was hardly any traffic (April). The house is quite spacious and there are three levels (upstairs, downstairs, loft), allowing for the separation of activities/people. The kitchen is well-stocked with pots/pans/spices. For pets, there is no fenced backyard, but plenty of wide streets to walk your dog. We had a wonderfully quiet and relaxing visit and would love to stay here again.

We have no notes! Clean! Comfy! We felt far away from everything but were a 10 minute drive to the market or Snowshoe, or Big Trees. Love that they allow pups. This place was perfect and we will be renting again in the future.

This home was wonderful. The layout of the home and property are perfect for a family gathering and entertaining. They provide ample household items and kitchen products. The tvs all were equipped with multiple streaming services and a lot of game for kids and adults. The back deck was amazing with seating and a great view. We 100% recommend this home for any family or friend trips and will definitely be returning.

THE BEST!

This was my family's second stay at the Red Viking! We've found our forever place when staying in Arnold! It's great for both winter and summer trips! Everything about the cabin is perfect for us, from the cleanliness, to layout, family friendly, all the amenities, AND the owners are so very nice and communicative. We are already planning our winter stay!!
