The location was perfect. We brought our boat and was able to put in at the marina just up the street. It was a great long weekend for 6. The townhouse was the perfect size for all of us. Kitchen was well stocked. We would rent this again.

Thank you so much for the wonderful review! We're thrilled you and your group had such a fantastic long weekend. It's fantastic to hear the townhouse was the perfect fit for six guests and that the kitchen had everything you needed. The proximity to the marina is definitely one of our favorite features of this location. We'd absolutely love to welcome you back on your next boating adventure. Madison, Railey Vacations

Lovely home, decorated for lake living. Bathrooms were newer or refreshed. Unit was quiet even on the weekends. Worth renting.

We had a wonderful stay at Deep Creek Lake and feel so lucky to have secured this home. The location is unbeatable—conveniently close to essentials while remaining an easy drive to all areas of the lake. We were especially impressed by how well-stocked the house was; the hosts thought of everything, from a great selection of board games to high-quality cooking gear and even utensils for the kids. We had an absolute blast and will return!

We had a great time staying here. The location is incredible with such easy lake access. The house was clean and well kept. We only had 2 minor issues in that the lock code we received was wrong, so we had to call and get a new one - not a big deal, and the propane tank for the grill was empty so we had to bake our chicken instead of grill it. Again- not a big deal. Definitely want to come back to the same spot for many years to come. We loved it!!

Overall, pretty good, but started really rough. We arrived at 5pm, but the door code wasn't working. Called the host company and they said they send over maintenance. We went to dinner and returned at 7pm. Still not working. After speaking with the emergency line twice, we finally got a working code around 730pm. Turns out maintenance was never called. When maintenance finally showed up, and after I helped a bit while my wife put our kids to bed alone.... We realized that the GFi outlet outside had blown and killed the. Power to the main living room as well. The cover to that outlet was literally hanging there and completely unmounted exposing it to the rain. When the maintenance guy pushed the reset button, there was big spark. He disconnected it and covered it properly, but between that and fixing the door he didn't leave until almost 9pm and only then we're we able to get the 1yr old and 4yr old to sleep closer to 930. This pretty much wrecked our first full day at the house because the kids were so exhausted. They normally go to sleep at 730 or 8p. Other funny things about the house include a toilet paper holder falling off the wall upstairs, ab extremely poorly finished shower in the master bath, no towel racks in the bathrooms upstairs, and no mirror in the master bath at all. There's so much else good about this house, but just need somebody to stay in it for a night and see what's up and finish it off. VRBO support was very helpful.
