We had a great time and enjoyed the location of the property, not in town but on the bus route so very assessable. We would stay here again if we’re ever back.

We really enjoyed the pool and the sauna. The outdoor grills the little play area with the structure Rock structure for the kids. Overall it was a really nice place. Travel on the local bus was easy too

Great Family Getaway

We had a great time, the place was clean and had room for all (9) of us. Parking was tight but we found spots on property. Bus stop on the property made it easy to get downtown without having to drive. We walked back from town once. It's definitely doable.

Great Banff getaway

It’s bit outside of town, but was nice as it was very busy for Canada day. Perfect spot if you are going to hit the mountain biking trails.

A cozy stay

We really enjoyed our stay. The home was cozy and a bit small, but had a nice kitchen and beds. Also the location was really nice, right next to banff. The listing showed a home right next to the hot tub and pool but ours was not that location. Overall nice stay.

Banff stay

Although the location was very convenient for visiting areas in/around Banff, the 2 bdr + loft condo was a bit cozy for 6 adults even though it was advertised for up to 10 guests. The condo was a bit outdated but sufficient for our short 2 night stay. The complimentary Roam Transit bus passes certainly came in handy as it was extremely difficult to find parking in Banff.

Comfortable and convenient

The property worked perfectly for 6 adults. The location was good relative to town and other attractions outside of Banff. The kitchen has the basics and just enough dinnerware and utensils for one meal, so the dishwasher was used after every meal. The property needs some small maintenance to be done and more towel bars in the bathrooms would be a good addition.

Christmas ski trip with family

The complex is not far out of town, and would be much better if closer…but the only accommodations in town are hotels. The condo was adequate but minimally appointed. Old TV with poor service, no stereo or ability to plug in, poor internet, older appliances, not much for cookware etc… Overall a good experience though…

Good value stay for groups with amenities

As others have said, this property is a bit dated. Feels like it’s from the 1990’s. But it’ll get the job done for a quick ski trip in Banff. Parking is easy. The hot tub is really large so overcrowding was never an issue and the sauna was really nice. I would stay here again. We didn’t attempt to cook at all because the kitchen is so small.

Decent place for Banff

We stayed at this "4 queen" unit at Hidden Ridge. Unit was clean and in a good location. Employees at the front desk were very helpful with my various questions. The unit itself is showing its age and wear and tear. The floor in the kitchen was scratched, cabinets and other items were worn as well. Overall, ok but the resort should consider upgrading these units with new appliances and other items.

Great location

We really Enjoyed our stay. It was perfect for skiing and to town. We did not use the bus much as we had a car. Then hot tubs were amazing and our customer service was 5 Star!! But they need to update the places. The cold air leaked through our porch doors and the first floor bedroom. It was very cold at night. One thermometer was close to 50 Fahrenheit. Otherwise great place. Would stay here in summer too. Please update your homes.

Conference Stay

Upon entry into the unit, we were disappointed by the misrepresentation of the unit. It appeared bright and airy, clean and well put together. Our disappointment was with the uncleanliness of the unit. The bathrooms were filthy with hair and scum residue everywhere. The walls were filthy and marked up. Overall, this is not for professionals but weekend parties.

Older than the pictures suggest

We were a disappointed with the overall conditions. There was a strong cleaning smell when we arrived and had to open all the windows to air out. The appliances are cheap - the microwave didn't open easily, and the toaster had wires sticking out. The dryer lint screen had a large hole in it. There was mold in the showers and water dripped from the upstairs toilet. They don't provide paper towels or napkins (or any other kitchen item besides salt and pepper) so bring your own.

Disappointing

The listing is misleading thinking that we would be staying in a log condo with great views but we were in a condo 10 feet from several neighbors and no view. The condo was in need of updating. The kitchen was poorly stocked. There were two large pots and two frying pans. No small pots to cook in, no cookie sheets to use in the oven, no paper towels. It is not well lit and dark. It’s location to Banff was the best thing about it.

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the property. Cecelia at check-in was Amazing. She was extremely helpful and made the process so easy. Customer service is so great- all staff was quick, efficient, friendly. Loved it and would definitely recommend friends and family to book the property when they visit the area.

Great Cabin

We were 8 friends who stayed in this cabin. It was def a little tight for all of us where there wasn’t much floor space for our suitcases but I think it worked out perfectly. Felt like a big sleepover. Think of this more like a hotel - they cleaned the units each day and there was a LARGE and beautiful communal pool and hot tub that was empty most days. There was also a sauna. Location was perfect, with a quick and free bus ride straight to town. Would recommend others to stay here if they are exploring Banff

Our white Christmas in Banff

This property was just what we expected. It suited our family of 6 perfectly. The location was good with the free shuttle bus into Banff it was easy to get into town. The facilities were good and check in was smooth. My one concern was the lack of housekeeping. They didn't show up on several occasions and didn't perform the clean we expected after day 3 as per the information given to us at check in. Other than this I would definitely recommend this property.

Needs improvement

Very dated, old and smelled. Its carpeted and probably needs a deep clean. Its just far enough from town that it was inconvenient if you do not have a car. The shuttles do not run frequently enough. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
