Host was very thorough with info and quick with responses to questions we had. Location was pretty convenient, and the place was well-suited for a big group. We took advantage of the gym, sauna, and hot tub. Kitchen had lots of mugs, plates, utensils, and small appliances. (I was impressed!)Building walls were a bit thin though, so bring ear plugs if you’re sensitive to noise.

The room and property were great. The location is convenient on the end of town. Only negatives were the traffic getting out and the parking. No one respects the signage and the lot was full one night so I had to park elsewhere. The host was great to communicate with

Pool and hot tub were enjoyable, rooms were modern and extremely clean and well stocked. The kitchen had great appliances with gas stove and even an ice maker that worked extremely well. Only issue we had was the fire table was not hooked up. My family used the sauna and it was easy to use and worked real well.

Wonderful brand new property with amazing views! Despite the railroad tracks close by we were never bothered by the noise. We had very prompt communication with the landlord. As this is a new building there were a few kinks but they were handled quickly. Our only complaint was that there was no how-to quick sheet for what the fobs were for or the three remotes. Also the key fob would not always work for opening the underground parking or for the pool. Again could be ‘new building’ issues that will get sorted. All in all a great stay with groceries a 1.2km level walk on a designated pathway.

The property is centrally located and well suited for a large family (4 bedrooms-- two of which are bunk beds);very clean and kitchen has lots of amenities.We unfortunately had some issues at the property. On the day we arrived, we noticed the washing machine was not working. I reached out to the host who asked us to troubleshoot with some suggestions, none of which worked. As we were 9 people on a long road trip, laundry was essential. We were told that the soonest a tech could come was 2 days later and unfortunately, I kept having to ask for updates on when they were coming, did I have to wait for the tech to give access to the property etc. We were told to use a local laundromat and they would reimburse. We were told the tech came and resolved the issue but it was not resolved nor were there any signs that a tech actually came. At the time of check out, the machine still was not operational. Reimbursement took longer than it needed. A small amt compared to how much is we spent to stay, it didn't make much sense to drag it out.We know that not everything is in the host's control; things happen, and we were very understanding. Just was not impressed how this was handled. The property is lovely so it's unfortunate this experience was sullied a bit. Finally- "first world problem"- wifi very slow, likely a shared router between units.
