This is a beautiful property. The ground floor access to the pool which is a couple steps away is fantastic. The rooms are spacious. Probably the best kitchen and seating area that I’ve seen with a condo this size….top notch. Candice was excellent to work with. New Smyrna is incredible, but this condo made it that much better.

Relaxing 5 day retreat for my family. Fishing was good and we had all that we needed. Great place to stay for a New Smyrna get-a-way from the COVID drama! Thanks Candice!

Great location & comfortable

This is a very nicely renovated 3 bed/2 bath condo on the ground floor. Very well equipped & comfortable. Has everything you might need. We enjoyed the quick access to the beach & plenty of room to spread out. We were a family of 4 adults. Would recommend & stay again.

Great getaway, beautiful property!

Booking was easy and so was checking out. The condo was beautiful and spacious with a very short walk over the ramp to the beach. We visited during October and we basically had the pool and beach to ourselves! New Smyrna beach is beautiful and not crowded at all. We did not have any problems during our stay.

Terrific stay in NSB!

This property was perfect for our family! All the amenities we needed: chairs, boogie boards, beach toys, beach towels, etc. Perfect access to pool and beach. The renovations are lovely and the furnishings were very comfortable. The property manager was very helpful for check in and when we had questions during the week. Highly recommend this condo for your NSB vacation!

What we expected

Great spot with fantastic pool on the beach. Would have preferred closer to restaurants, groceries. The family had a ball.

We are very happy you & your family enjoyed your stay at our condo. We chose Schooner Point because it is a small complex on the no-drive beach and we love the charm it has to offer, which, for us, made it the perfect family beach location. While there aren’t any restaurants within walking distance, there are several great restaurants less than a 5 minute drive away and with Flagler Ave. being only a 10-minute drive away, we felt that Schooner Point was the perfect trade-off for families to enjoy the serenity it has to offer away from the crowds.

I come to Schooner Point every year and have stayed in several of the units and this is definitely one of the nicest. Very clean and well stocked with everything needed. Ground floor corner unit with lovely wrap around porch. Look forward to staying here again as soon as possible. Cant get enough of NSB and this condo at Schooner is the best. Thank you!
