Hi Teri, we appreciate opportunities to improve because we value our guests and their 5-star experience. After looking back on the communication with our team, it seems as if you were expecting a hotel-like experience (complimentary rollaway, razor, toothpaste, etc.), and our explanation was unacceptable to you. Our condos are located at resorts with a resort experience (individually owned and stocked with starter amenities). We did respond and after helping you receive a package, you commented 'Your the best,' so we do hope you did enjoy the condo and our beautiful beach. Next time, there are hotels near this location you may prefer!

Thank you, Tianna! Beach Club 1505 is on the 15th floor we agree- the views are spectacular. To address the key fob con...security is important to us and Beach Club. We definitely don't want the public to be able to walk onto the million dollar property and be able to use the indoor pool, gym, spa and outdoor pool. We provide fobs on lanyards for our guests and it just a swipe of the lanyard across the security pad to open the door. The indoor, heated pool is the ONLY pool with family hours in the afternoon. The outdoor pool is ALWAYS open to families. I'm guessing maybe you were only looking to swim in the indoor pool. There is also a hot tub outside. Thrilled though that you'd come back. We'd love to have you again (and this time you'd get our returning guest discount)!!

Stephen, Beach Club is a secure property and one of the nicest on Pensacola Beach offering many amenities. With it being within walking distance of the heart of Pensacola Beach, they definitely take extra measures to ensure the public isn't using the property. When we spoke you mentioned you've stayed at Emerald Isle and loved it, however that has the same format of entry with codes. Unfortunately, this review came out of anger for being charged for the two reported missing fobs after your departure in the second condo you booked for you and friends (this one you said was for your wife and child). The threat of a terrible review followed if we did not refund. Most of the things mentioned in the review were verbalized when we communicated before you posted this review so we did take each seriously and investigate- more details on our response for the other review. 1505 actually has a brand new living room chair, couch, and rug as well as balcony cushions. As for the pool, the indoor pool does have family time from 12-6 daily; the outdoor pool has no restriction. We hope that all the positive reviews on our direct website and VRBO will outweigh this one and for all those reading, please don't hesitate to reach us directly. We're happy to help.

Hi Dustin, surprised to hear from you a month later. We spoke many times and thought we resolved all the issues before your departure. You called about the floor upon check-in and we came first thing the next morning. After checking back in with you, everything was great. We did discuss what you felt the condo was missing (foil and spices) and explained those aren't things we keep in stock. Communication is key for us so when you expressed disappointment, we tried to make it right every step of the way. From the last we spoke, I thought all was well. Our many reviews on cleanliness show this is not common and while things can happen, we strive to be available and willing to make it right!
