This spacious and bright villa, tastefully decorated, includes a large living room with television opening onto a terrace. An open kitchen with fridge-freezer, oven, ceramic hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, filter coffee maker and dishwasher.
Sleeping area made up of two bedrooms with a 140cm bed, one of which has a cupboard, a bedroom with two 90cm beds and a cupboard. A small dressing room, a bathroom.
A master bedroom with a 160 cm bed and its bathroom. Two separate WCs.
Upstairs, a mezzanine with relaxation area.
Garage with washing machine and fridge-freezer.
Large fully enclosed garden. Possibility of parking two cars in the driveway.
PETS NOT ALLOWED. Wifi. The electricity package is charged in addition to the accommodation cost and is automatically stated in the contract for the periods from January 1st to mid-June and from September to December. Linen is extra, contact our team to reserve it.
