Highly Satisfied Repeat Guests

My husband and I have stayed at this property on more than one occasion while visiting Naples. This charming place has all the amenities of home and is perfectly positioned to some of our favorite Naples spots. Spending a day on the beach at Clams Pass is a MUST. It’s a great spot and is just minutes from this property! We love that the hosts supply the home with beach chairs, beach towels, paddle boards and more - all the necessities for a perfect day in the sand and sun! And if you enjoy Sushi - you have to grab dinner from Sushi One just around the corner. Can’t wait to come back next year!!!

Amazing house, great neighborhood!!

Wonderful stay! House was spotlessly clean and equipped for all fun and festivities! We had so much fun, especially using the provided bikes to bike over to Clam Pass beach! We didn't realize how close we would be. The lanai was perfect for happy hour cocktails and a night cap. The home is outfitted with everything you need for a good time, the bikes, boogie boards, beach chairs with beach umbrella, grill and a lovely front yard fire pit area! Don't hesitate to book at this property!

Excellent location! Hidden Naples Gem!

We had an absolutely lovely stay here! The location is perfect and bicycles provided make exploring the neighborhood a breeze. The rooms are all well appointed and everything was spotlessly clean. This spot also has a private backyard with lanai that makes an excellent evening cocktail location. We will definitely be staying here again!

Great week in Florida

We really enjoyed the place. Unless you want to be a beach front this is pretty much as good as it can get. Very quiet even though it is pretty close to major streets . 5-8 min drive from beach (we recommend the Via Miramar - especially around 5pm - it is a brilliant). Very comfortable beds and bedding. Absolutely great! I’ve stayed at many hotels - pretty much all level of Bonvoy, this matches the best ones in my opinion. All beach amenities are awesome- very well equipped. Kitchen has everything you need. Coins with the host were very good. Bottom line- we enjoyed it a lot and would recommend the place for a family of 4 or 5.

Very comfortable stay

Our family had a wonderful stay. The space is well designed, clean and comfortable. We especially enjoyed the open kitchen/living room lay out. The check in and check out process was very smooth. Before our stay and Throughout the stay the owners were very good about staying in touch with us and had genuine interest in making sure that we had a great stay. I would highly recommend this home for a vacation stay in Naples!

Very nice and comfortable stay!

This property is very well maintained and in a very convenient and quiet location. All the appliances are in almost new condition. Kitchen provided much more than basic things. You can cook any meal without buying other equipment/tools or containers. Except food, I don't need to buy anything to stay in this house for 7 days. The owner got everything covered. The bed and shower are great too! I highly recommend this place!

Beautiful and clean!

The house, the beautiful landscaping, and thoughtful extras made our stay at this house excellent. We flew in from up north so naturally we didn’t have some of the things we’d want to have for a beach vacation. But this house having the beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, AND MORE, not to mention the bikes, was really the icing on the cake!! Everything was fantastic. Relaxing in the lanai after the kids went to bed was my favorite part though. Relaxing and beautiful, can’t beat it!! The location of the home was great too. We weren’t more than a few minutes from restaurants and the beach. Especially Clam Pass- my absolute favorite beach in the world. Thank you for facilitating our wonderful vacation with this home!!

Fun in Naples

The house was clean, nicely decorated, very nice yard and screened in porch room. The description two baths was deceiving as the second bath was about the size of a closet with the sink in the laundry room. No mirror or outlet to dry hair or shave. We had to buy our own paper products. The microwave stopped working a couple days before leaving and they were not able to fix it. The landlord said she was coming over but never did or did not call. House is in a good central location. Loose flagstone in backyard.

A perfect vacation house for us

We stayed in this house for a month and it was everything we needed. There were bicycles, beach chairs and towels, and even beach toys! The kitchen had everything we needed. The appliances were all clean, new-looking, and in perfect working order. The house was clean, comfortable, in a nice family type neighborhood, and we always felt safe. There was a Publix nearby, beaches within walking or biking distance, and dining nearby for those days we didn't want to cook. We had a wonderful month and would stay here again if we are back in the area.

The home location is perfect if you want to be close to everything in Naples. Love the kitchen, the master bedroom was great. Love the Lani for your cocktail. Highly recommend this property for your next getaway. Kevin was great.

Fine house, good kitchen, good screened porch and garden patio. Good location, good beach supplies. Minor recommendations: adequate bed side lights in master bedroom for those of us who read in bed. Repair noisy overhead fan in kitchen. I would recommend this house and I would rent it again without hesitation.

Amazing spacious home in a great central location

If you are thinking of staying in Naples we would definitely recommend checking out Kevin & Camille's lovely home. It is perfectly located between downtown Naples areas and the lovely white beaches of Clam Pass and Vanderbilt. Kevin and Camille have thought of everything to ensure you have a stress free and enjoyable stay. We loved the fact that there were beach chairs and towels, body boards and a cool bag for picnics, they even provided suntan lotion! My husband particularly enjoyed his first experience on a paddle board which was also available for us to use. When we arrived (late at night) the house felt so welcoming with all the lights on and a lovely welcome hamper with local treats was waiting for us. This house is lovely and spacious with a fully equipped kitchen including a new fridge, cooker and dishwasher, there is also a large BBQ/Grill outside making it easy to cook dinner on the nights we didn't feel like going out to eat. The Lani with its string lights provided a comfortable and relaxing place to sit and enjoy a drink and a book on the warm evenings. We will definitely return to stay in this lovely home in the future. Thanks Kevin and Camille for being great hosts. Jude and Tony

We loved this property. It was beautiful, well maintained, easy entry and departure. Beautiful landscaping in front and back yard, a lanai (which we just loved). Got into vacation mode very quickly and felt stress free. We would definitely go back to this property!

My fiance and I had an amazing time during our vacation to Naples and loved staying at this property! This place is spotless, tastefully decorated, and spacious. My personal favorite was relaxing in the mornings on the couch, of the screened in porch, with a cup of coffee. We also loved how close we were to the beach and other amenities. There were even bikes, a grill, and beach towels at our disposal!! The owners also provided several great suggestions of local bars and tasty grub! This would be a great place to stay for a family or a few couples - plenty of room. Our only regret was not staying longer!

This is a perfect place! Central location to all your desires in Naples AND great for any group!

My honey and I came to stay for a long weekend, Naples was my family’s long time vacation destination and I never knew this perfect location! It’s close to everything; beach, shopping and easily uber-able (taxi ride) to downtown. There are so many amenities, where to begin! Fully functioning kitchen, complete laundry, grill, completely screened in back porch, and all this with an amazingly open floor plan! Off street parking for two vehicles, but quiet safe neighborhood with street parking safe for more vehicles. Also! Two bikes for easy trips to beach access and nearby shopping. If you’re coming to Naples, whether with family (perfect kids bedroom) or a fun filled couples weekend, this is your spot to ensure an excellent stay!

Perfect getaway spot!

This was an absolute perfect place for us! We were in town from Miami for a couple days to have a little getaway and this is exactly what we needed. It’s clean, in a quiet neighborhood and yet near everything we were looking for. It’s a quick ride to the beach, downtown, awesome restaurants, as well as one of the most stunning sunsets we’ve witnessed. There also are bars and great sushi walking distance! The house is so well kept and appropriately decorated! The bed was super comfortable and everything smelled so clean (which is the most important to me!) There is a charming little garden with chairs and a fire pit where we enjoyed our coffee in the mornings, and at night we cozied up in the sunroom with wine before dinner. We couldn’t have asked for more. Check in was easy and communication was great. Kevin and Camille are attentive hosts. We met for a few minutes in the first day, for a quick meet and greet. They made us feel very welcome but without being invasive. We contacted them for some advice for dinner spots and we got quick responses and great recommendations! Highly recommend! We will definitely be returning guests!

Great Place,Beach Accesible,Beautiful Place to Escape

Our stay at the stylish and cool home in Naples was awesome! The home is inviting and beautifully decorated. Everything we needed was at our fingertips. The beach bikes equipped with baskets made it easy to get to the beach and pick up goodies on the way home. My germophobe husband considered one of the best features to be how clean and immaculate every room is. If you are considering a stay in Naples this should be at the top of your list.
