Perfect location

I enjoyed having Pilates across the street!! I enjoyed Fashion Square shopping and eats!! Old town was perfect location for family and friends to meet!!

A nice "home base" for a Phoenix/Scottsdale vacation

I really enjoyed my stay at this condo. The location was great, with shopping destinations a short walk away, and the unit itself was clean, comfortable and pleasant. There is a covered parking space, which made was great for keeping the car out of the sun during the day. While I spent little time in the unit, it was a great place to "come home to" after a day of visiting with my relatives in the area.

Neat and Tidy

We enjoyed our stay on 68th st. It is a good location for us with Old Town and shopping nearby. The unit is neat and tidy. Not big but enough room for our things. The kitchen was adequate for our needs. The bedding seemed newish. Firm.

Camelback Cozy

The unit looks just like the pictures. Across the street from Fashion square Mall great shopping! Close to Old Town Scottsdale. A lot of road noise but did not stop us from sleeping. Would stay there again. Also very comfortable bed.

Great Location but Overpriced

Great location and clean inside the unit. Some broken glass in the parking stall next to mine was there for several days. Spilled oil from an eviction was in the courtyard for several days. Unit was clean but showing signs of wear and tear. Appliances could use an upgrade.Fees were outrageous.

Perfect condo near everything we needed.

Loved the condo. Description noted there would be an iron and ironing board. There was an ironing board, but no iron which I really needed. . I purchased an inexpensive iron and left it there. Tried calling to ask about it but never got to anyone.

Our Time in Phoenix

The home was located near downtown Scottsdale and a short drive from highways to get around the area. The bed was comfortable and the living area was roomy enough for the two of us.

Camelback Cozy: Not What You May Think

Camelback Cozy is in a great location. The amenities of the condo complex (laundry, pool, patio seating, etc.) are very nice and well maintained. But this condo is poorly kept. The hard wood floors are dirty (it shows if you walk around in white socks). There was black mold in the shower; heavy dust on all the fake plants. Less than minimal linens were provided. Vacasa management never welcomed us or checked with us on arrival. We reached out to them after three days with concerns. Took three more days for the manager to respond. We had booked for 11 nights and were greatly disapointed. We won't stay there again. Be careful!

Excellent Condo, but had trouble with the wifi and laundry

It was exactly what I had wanted, just a smaller sized condo for a good price. It's in a really nice location, quiet at night, and the pool was a big hit with my kid. We had a problem with the wifi network/password, the ones I was given were not showing up on the available networks, so we couldn't get connected. When I messaged Vacasa, they just repeated the previously provided network name/password, and I never got a response back when I replied that the network wasn't showing up. We didn't really need the wifi, but it would have been nice. The other issue was with the coin/card operated laundry units, I kept getting error messages like "insufficient finds" or "network not connected" when trying several cards and we could only get it to run 1 load after a lot of attempts. There's no coin machine in the laundry room, so we had to go find somewhere to get quarters at to finish our laundry.

second hand smoke smell

When I first arrived I thought it smelled 'off'. Each time I would return after having been gone for a while I would think the same. When I returned home EVERYTHING smelled like second hand smoke. I had to wash ALL of my clothing and air out all of my luggage and bags. As a result I was unable to travel on to my next destination to the east coast! The manager promised to reimburse me $200 for my troubles which I never received. I would not recommend this place to anyone who is sensitive to smell...

June in Scottsdale

We stayed here for three weeks. The condo is exactly how it appears in the photos. It was a very hot time of year to visit Scottsdale but the condo had very good A/C. The complex is well located, close to the shopping mall and lots of great restaurants. The management responds promptly to any queries or requests. We would stay there again the next time we're in Scottsdale.
