Camelback House remodeled 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom 1,100 SF condo sleeps 6 with upscale furnishings. 4 Heated pools with gas grills. A very short stroll within blocks finds you enjoying all that the heart of Scottsdale has to offer - Old Town with its shops & restaurants, Camelback mountain hiking and world class shopping at Fashion Square Mall. SF Giants spring training stadium, and the newly developed Waterfront. Within 10 minute drive is Talking Stick Casino & Golf Resort.

The condo has a fully furnished upgraded kitchen with granite counters and stainless steel appliances. The dining room has a table for 6 people. The living room is furnished with 55" LCD HDTV with 150+ Channels. The condo has free high speed WIFI. All bedrooms and dining room have ceiling fans.

The Primary bedroom has a Sealy King size pillowtop bed for a sound sleep and a 42" HDTV. Primary bedroom has en suite bathroom with shower/tub. Primary bedroom has 6 drawer dresser and bedside tables with lamps. Primary bedroom has huge closet with mirror doors. Both full bathrooms have shower/tub.

The Second bedroom has a Sealy queen size pillowtop bed and bedside nightstands with 2 lamps with USB charging station built-in and 42" HDTV. This bedroom has a huge closet with plenty of storage space.

There is a balcony off the living room with a bar top and 2 stools for morning coffee or happy hour!!! The living room has a Queen size pullout couch for extra guests to sleep.

The beautiful & quiet grounds include 4 heated pools, loungers and 4 BBQ areas with included gas grills & tables. A laundry area is available within 30 feet of the unit. There is 1 designated covered parking space for the condo along with ample additional guest parking.

****NO SMOKING, NO PARTIES PER HOA****

Location of property is only 8 miles (20 minutes) from Sky Harbor Int'l Airport

Steve was a great communicator and quickly responded to my questions. The condo was clean and worked well for my guest. Had a maintenance issue and he promptly fixed it.Location close to Scottsdale Fashion Mall was good. Nice quiet pool area with comfortable chairs.

Could not have been happier with this condo! Amazing location. Everything we needed , fully stocked! The heated pools we had to ourselves most of our stay. Very spacious! Great location! Super quiet! Highly recommend, would return!

The condo was nice and clean and well stocked with needed items. It was a little worn out and one electrical outlet in the bathroom was darkened and I was afraid to use it. There was a minor incident with ants but there was spray in the pantry and once I sprayed it took care of the property and I didn’t need to follow up with the property owner. My only regret is that I didn’t purchase the travel insurance. I had to have emergency abdominal surgery and was advised by my surgeon that stairs were a no go for me. When I explained my situation to the owner he didn’t let me cancel the last week of my month long stay. So if you stay here- buy the insurance just in case!!

Wonder stay--excellent location

Very clean and spacious condo within walking distance to shopping and Old Town. Well furnished with plenty of towels, toiletries, hangers, coffee, etc. Furnishings were very comfortable and up to date and plenty of storage space. Second time we've stayed in this complex due to the location and amenities including parking and nice pool area. Would definitely stay here again!

Location, location, location

This condo is within walking distance to all shops and restaurants in the Scottsdale area. Right across from the Fashion Square Mall, an excellent stay, lots of room, two separate bathrooms, comfy beds, great home away from home. Property owners were awesome to work with. Better than a hotel stay any day!

The property met all of our needs and was very comfortable and clean. We were impressed by how well equipped the kitchen was and the hardware drawer and closet. TV remote batteries were going weak and found plenty of new batteries.Great location. Felt very safe. Would definitely recommend and book again.

Fashion Mall location

Great location and condo facility..friendly tenants and great walking area.. the 4 pools were used by my grandsons daily…easy access to hiking trails and other attractions…really enjoyed our short trip and highly recommend it.
