Just back a lovely weeks staying in this extremely well equipped apartment. 3 balconies with a terrific sea view from each. Couldn’t have wished for a more comfortable place to stay. Pool was warm and a welcome break from the heat. There is a supermarket about 10 minutes walk away which stocks everything you need (bit of a climb up a hill to get to). Beach is close by, but think you really need a car to get to a bigger selection of shops/restaurants. Would definitely recommend and the stay made so much easier by Christophe who met us, showed us around and was always on hand.

Benalmadena Stay

Nice well equipped apartment, ideal for people who prefer a quieter area than the main resort of Benalmadena, which is a pleasant 25 minute walk along the front. But local area has plenty to offer, good supermarket a few minutes away and a few Restaurants close to the Apartment. Would recommend the Malibu Beach bar which we visited regularly. We had a very enjoyable stay in this area, and would definitely recommend this Apartment.

Magnifique!

Nous avons adoré cet appartement et son environnement calme. L'intérieur est bien aménagé et offre toutes commodités modernes. La chambre est spacieuse et nous permet de profiter, dès le réveil, d'une vue imprenable sur la Méditerranée et la Costa Del Sol vers l'ouest. Deux balcons nous offrent le même panorama. Finalement, tant pour le marché ou les déplacements en bus, tout est à proximité. Enfin notre hôte Christophe a été en tout temps d'une grand soutien.

Breathtaking Condo overlooking beaches and the Sea

We stayed a month in this condo located 5 minutes from beaches, resturants and the market. Each night we sat on the balcaony to watch the sun set. We could lay in bed and watch and hear the waves lapping on shore.We highly recommend this place and theChristophe the property manager.

Fantastic holiday

Beautiful property, very comfortable, has everything you need. Two lovely balconies with seating. Great location. 5 mins from supermarket and bus stop (for Malaga & Torremolinos). Christophe is very helpful.

Encore plus beau qu'en photos. Super équipé puisque les proprios y séjournent souvent. L'accueil de Christophe est excellent. Il nous explique tout pour l'apt. Excellent and amazing property !

You don't need to look any further. This property is the best of the best in Benalmadena and the whole region of Marbella. New building, beautifully decorated condo with everything you can ever think of. Amazing pool. Supermarket downstairs, beach 5min away, amazing view of the mediterranean. I strongly recommend this property. You can even contact me if you want a reference.

Enjoyed our visit to Torrequebrada

Very nice apartment. Everything you need is there. Comfortable bed, good shower, nice kitchen. Great view from bedroom as well as the kitchen and living room and each has a terrace. Nice to sit in bed at night and see the lights of Fuengirola. Very near both textile and nudist beaches as well as a very short walk to the grocery store which is excellent! Buses also close by. The cons, though mostly minor are that it is apartment life so some noise from a barking dog, sometimes had children running around after 23:00 and once the sun comes around in the afternoon, it gets very hot if you want to sit on the terrace. It needs to be shaded in some way. We had a fantastic stay and hope to stay again.

Fantastisk lejlighed

En rigtig lækker og velholdt lejlighed. I lejligheden er der alt, hvad man har brug, og alt virker som det skal. Udsigten fra balkonerne er helt fantastisk. Beliggenheden er super, og der er gode parkeringsmuligheder foran lejligheden. Christophe var flink, hjælpsom og nem at komme i kantakt med. Lejligheden får vores bedste anbefalinger :-)

The apartment was very nice, quiet, spacious and cozy with an excellent location and beautiful views. It has everything you might need on your vacation and more. Christophe was very helpful and easygoing, pleasure to meet him.

Home away from home with unparalleled seaviews!

This place is better than what the VRBO ad says or shows! Modern, spacious, quiet, well-equipped and superb views from any of the 3 balconies. And, Christophe the property manager is more than attentive and responsive. All in all, one of our best VRBO rentals in decades!

Estancia perfecta

La casa es tal y como se describe en la foto. El piso esta ubicado a 3 min a pie de la parada de autobuses mas cercana desde donde se puede ir a Puerto Marina, Torremolinos, Marbella o Malaga. Cerca del edificio hay un supermercado grande y farmacia. El piso tiene dos terrazas estupendas para desayunar, cenar o tomar una copa de vino viendo el atardecer. Ademas esta perfectamente equipado. La comunicación para check-in fue rápida y nos ofrecieron flexibilidad a la hora de hacer el check-out. Sin duda, piso 100% recomendable para pasar una estancia tranquila en Benalmádena!

Christophe ist ein aufmerksamer und flinker Manager. Wir hatten gleich eine gute Verbindung zu ihm. Die Wohnung war super. Umgebung ruhig. Wir kommen wieder.

The property was 100% as advertised. Christophe was a very gracious host. He was extremely responsive. Unfortunately my wife sprained her ankle day 5. We reached out to Christophe and within minuteshe gave us the name and address of the local hospital as well as a link. He checked in later in the visit to be sure everything was going well. Grocery was within walking distance and there are 2 bus routes that will get you anywhere you need to go. Closet stops are within minutes. Very enjoyable stay!!

Fabulous Views, lovely sunsets

We stayed in April 2019. Apartment very well equipped, among best we have stayed in for the kitchen facilities, crockery/utensils etc, and very comfortable bed. Balcony lovely to sit and watch the sun going down. Very spacious for two people. Large supermarket less than 5 minutes walk. Chinese downstairs though few other restaurants nearby. Good bus service into Benalmadena, very cheap, 1.7 euro. We walked in many times, takes about 25 minutes. Bus can get crowded for coming back. Unfortunately we were there in Easter week and it felt like all of Spain was on holiday there, everywhere was very busy. We ate in often and sat on the Balcony as it was so nice. Balcony a little small for proper sunbathing but you could take the folding sun beds down to the poolside area and there is a lift to take you to the pool area. Apartment not very well insulated for noise from the neighbouring apartments though we were maybe just unlucky that our neighbours were a bit noisy. Overall give 4 stars simply due to internal noise and location (and I prefer a larger balcony to lie out on) - not many places nearby to eat, but looked like some new places being built nearby so perhaps more places to eat at soon. Very good value for money compared to some we have stayed in.
