Great stay!

Wonderful apartment in a cute building in a great part of town. Pierre was very welcoming and the check in process was a breeze. The apartment was conveniently located and an easy walk to both the train station and the beach and everything else in between. Would happily stay here again!

Great place in superb location in the middle of Nice

We stayed here for 2 weeks with our children and had a great time. The location was superb and close to all we needed, beach, grocery store and parks. Would highly recomend the place to everyone. The only thing that could have been was the general cleaning that could have been better, should have been since cleaning is a part of the price.

Cozy apartment in the heart of Nice

The apartment is exactly as you see in the pictures, a well-furnished place ideal for 2/3 people in the Musicians quarter in Nice. It 10 minutes away from the sea and 20 from the Old Town, adjacent to the Place Mozart parking. We enjoyed our time there with our baby and we warmly suggest it for other tourists.

Great Location and Amenities

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Nice. Nice is a great walking city and your apartment was perfectly situated to take advantage of all Nice has to offer. Close to shops, cafes, museums and the Promenade Anglais we were busy every day. A short walk to the train, bus and tram stations also made this an ideal location for our day trips further afield. With many grocery stores within blocks of the apartment and a fully equipped kitchen, we were also able to enjoy preparing some great meals ourselves. We would not hesitate to stay here again in the future. Thank you Yves and Pierre!

Overall a good stay

Location was great, property was clean enough. Communication with owner was sporadic and check-in was terrible. We had to message someone else to collect the keys, who charged us 30€ for checking in past 9pm. Our flight was delayed by 40 minutes, which we kept the check in contact updated on, but after landing he claimed we wouldn’t get into the property because it was too late. Not ideal for a couple travelling with a 10 month old. He also didn’t help with bags, and left in a hurry without explaining air con, WiFi login etc.

O alojamento está totalmente equipado para garantir uma estadia confortável a uma família de 4 pessoas. A cozinha dispõe de todos os utensílios necessários para preparar refeições ao longo do dia, incluindo fogão, forno micro-ondas, máquina de lavar roupa e loiça, tachos, pratos, copos (incluindo de vinho) e talheres, entre outros utensílios. O apartamento também dispõe de ar condicionado e acesso a wi-fi com boa qualidade de rede.A localização é excelente: há estacionamento disponível na rua e em parque, vários supermercados e lojas nas proximidades, e a praia, bem como a promenade, ficam a cerca de 10 minutos a pé.O apartamento encontra-se bem tratado e estava limpo.Pequenos reparos e necessidade de algumas reparações na casa de banho, mas que não colocam em causa a sua utilização. O gestor do imóvel, Yves, foi extremamente disponível e prestável durante toda a estadia, o que contribuiu para uma experiência muito positiva. O suporte da plataforma também foi excelente, sempre rápido e eficaz na resolução de qualquer questão.

Great apartment in a terrific neighborhood

The building is well located as a start point to explore in every direction. It is safe and beautiful. Has an elevator. Easy access to shopping, eating, the beach and transportation. The apartment is as pretty as pictured, well appointed, light and airy and with A/C that was very much appreciated in the heat wave during my stay. It is modern, highly functional and quiet and comfortable. The owners were very responsive to questions and how to-s. I highly recommend this property as a Nice home away from home.

Great place in the right area

The apartment was good, just like the photos. The location was perfect for us. It was a short walk to the train station and it was easy to get to all the places we wanted to visit.

Appart très bien situé, propre et tranquille ascenseur un peu exigus mais on est dans un vieil immeuble super beau. À 10 min. à pied de Jean Médecin. Par contre la rue Rossini est assez passante et ça peu être dérangeant surtout la nuit. L'accueil de Pierre Yves super gentil.

Un appartement pour des vacances réussies

Très bien situé et disposant d'un très bon niveau de confort, cet appartement nous a permis de profiter dans d'excellentes conditions de notre séjour à Nice et sans environs sans voiture. L'accueil a été bienveillant et très réactif.

Séjour confortable

L'appartement est confortable pour un petit deux-pièces et bien situé en plein centre-ville. Décoré avec goût, bien conçu et entièrement équipé. Les gérants sont fiables et réactifs, ils répondent rapidement au moindre problème.
