素晴らしい、新しく建設された6ベッドルーム4フルバスと2ハーフバスの家は、ポートアランサスとプライベートプールのすべてで最高の景色のいくつかを持っています。 家は驚くべきアーチ型の天井、堅木張りの床、あごを落とす景色と大きな海に面したバルコニーを提供しています。 3階には、大きなオープンキッチンがあり、座席用のカウンターバー、広々としたリビングルームとダイニングエリア、ハーフバスがあります。 2階には、6つのベッドルームと4つのフルバスがあります。 1番目と2番目のベッドルームには、専用バス付きのキングベッドがあります。 3番目のベッドルームにはキングサイズのベッド、4番目のベッドルームにはクイーンサイズのベッド2台。 これら2つの部屋はお風呂を共有します。 このフロアには、バスルームを共有する2つの追加のベッドルームもあり、各ベッドルームには、タンドル付きのツインサイズの二段ベッドがあります。 1階には、ランドリールーム、バスルーム、1つの車のガレージがあります。 この家はビーチフロントで、コミュニティの遊歩道と共有プールの近くにあります。 License To Chillを数日または1週間訪れてください！

Perfect Beach House -We will be Back

This is our second stay at License to Chill and we've already scheduled our trip for next year so you can see we adore this property. Clean, great view, a private pool and a boardwalk to the beach plus an elevator to make it easy to move kids, luggage and ice chests.

Great spot on the beach

My family and friends enjoyed this spacious home. The home has great views and wonderful amenities including an elevator! Home was clean and beautifully decorated with plenty of places to lounge. Private pool was amazing.

Sandfest getaway

The property and amenities at the house were amazing and just as depicted in the listing. We loved the oceanfront property and close proximity to beach access. The only tiny improvement we would request is improved wifi in the house, as evening tv streaming was difficult at best. We understand the location constraints, but the surrounding RV resort seemed to not have this issue.Overall the house was a spectacular place to retreat with friends and family for a beach and poolside vacation!

This was absolutely perfect for our Family. The home was beautiful, very spacious and fully stocked with the necessities. Real close to the beach and I would strongly recommend renting the golf carts. A very well needed family outing 💜🌷🎓

Great family get away!

House was great- very family friendly. Prompt response with an air conditioning problem (within the hour). We had all ages and everyone enjoyed the home and pool! We would love to return again.
