Welcome to your Beachfront Getaway Vacation in Port Aransas, Texas!

Step into this stunning 3-bedroom, 3-bath penthouse, perfect for families or groups looking for the ultimate beach escape. Comfortably accommodating up to 8 guests, this penthouse offers breathtaking Gulf views so you can start your day with sunrises over the water and end it watching the waves roll in. The living room opens onto a private balcony, perfect for morning coffee or evening cocktails while enjoying the fresh sea breeze. Two of the bedrooms also feature private balconies, ideal for watching sunsets or enjoying a quiet evening. Sleeping arrangements include a king-size bed in the master bedroom, a king in the second bedroom, and a queen in the third bedroom, giving your group plenty of space to relax. The fully equipped kitchen lets you prepare meals for family and friends, and the in-unit washer and dryer make extended stays easy and convenient. Just steps from the sand, you can enjoy all the beach has to offer, or spend time at the tropically landscaped pool area if you prefer a quieter afternoon. Soak up the sun, relax on your balcony, or explore all that Port Aransas has to offer, this condo has the best of both worlds for a truly unforgettable vacation.

This condominium unit is part of the Casa on the Beach Resort Rental Program and is managed by CCMS Resorts/CCMS, Inc. Rates are determined by the Co-Owner's Association. Guests must be at least 25 years old to book and check in, unless accompanied by a parent. A minimum stay of 3 nights is required for summer holiday weekends, including Memorial Day, Labor Day, and July 4th. The unit offers 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, with a maximum occupancy of 8 persons. Please note that occupancy limits are strictly enforced.

Checking in was very easy. It's a clean condo with a great view of the beach. Worked out well having three bedrooms and three bathrooms. Really liked being able to walk from the condo down to the beach. Enjoyed using the pool and hot tub.

The penthouse is the perfect rental for 3 couples. Each couple gets their own bathroom. The view from any of the three balconies was amazing. Being able to get to the beach in just a few steps was definitely a plus. We will definitely be back.

Beautiful place to stay. Everything was just as advertised. We enjoyed our morning coffee on the balcony and watching the picture perfect sunrises. Lots of space and plenty of amenities. Loved our stay and definitely plan to book a stay there again.

Clean and beautifully appointed! Huge balconies with multiple access points - AMAZING view north-facing down to Port Aransas in addition to the gulf facing windows, and you cannot get closer to the beach! We would absolutely book this one again!

The place was beautiful and clean. So much room for the family. The views were amazing. I loved the outdoor balconies and patio. I got up every morning and sat out there with coffee watching the sunrises. The family enjoyed the pool area. We will definitely come back. One of our favorite family vacations!

We had a fabulous time. Everything was clean and comfortable. I’d say the only possibly negative to me personally would be the thin blankets and very fluffy pillows so my neck was a bit sore but that’s just my preference and the bedding was very clean. Loved that all three beds were king size. Amazing view of the ocean from the sixth floor and the beach was closer than expected. In the photos it looks further so that was nice. Sand was very soft and the beach was clean. We also had fun using the pool and hot tub. Just a 5-10 minute drive to town for shops and restaurants. Staff was very friendly! I’d definitely come back again!

Definitely worth it!

Everything was great! Neighborhood was good. Property was right off the beach and clean. Staff was very helpful. Room was amazing. Definitely going to be staying again in the future.

Two couples loved the location and decor of this condo. We were looking for multiple King beds and this condo had 3 King bedrooms. Living room was beautiful and overlooked the Gulf. Fantastic views across expansive windows. We gave this place 5 stars even though we could not get the HVAC system to turn on, but the outside temperature cooperated and we did not need it. The place was beautiful with everything we needed for a weekend trip. Bathrooms and kitchen had starter kits. Swimming pool area looked beautiful but we didn't have time to use it. We would definitely stay again.
