NCAA Gymnastics

Four of us moms were coming to town for gymnastics and at the last minute decided to look for a house versus staying in a hotel. This was the perfect place and we had an amazing stay. David was great to work with and appreciate the last minute booking! Highly recommend!

Wonderful!

Came to ski Alta and Snowbird with my three adult boys. The condo was a perfect 15 minute drive up the pass. Communication with host was excellent and the house was clean and even better than the pictures. Large bedrooms and plenty of space. We didn't use it at all, but bonus TV/basement room was a nice surprise.

Great ski trip

Perfect location for quick drive up to Snowbird and Alta. Had a blast. BIG place…plenty of room for me, my wife, two teenagers and their friends. Nice park in the back.

yearly ski trip to Utah

We have been traveling to Utah for a yearly ski trip to Snowbird for past 10 years- Great Condo and great Location to ski Snowbird/Alta and Solitude/Brighton. Condo was clean and well stocked, also really close to supermarket-Smith's, which is great. Look forward to booking here for next year.

Smooth Sailing

House was very spacious and had everything we needed. Place was clean and comfortable. Very convenient to both Big and Little Cottonwood canyons for skiing. Would like to return.

Great house, perfect location for skiing families

Spacious and clean with comfortable beds. Hot tub was perfect after a day of skiing. Enjoyed many meals with our family.

Ideal ski vacation home base

Perfect spot for a large family or mixed families. Directly between big and little cottonwood canyons, so 4 ski areas within 20 miles. Large living room + basement media room/wet bar. Impressive storage and room sizes. Bathrooms are well done & plentiful.

Great home

Only issue was with the hot tub, it had a strong smell and when we researched it on line it said it was likely due to biofilm and that we should not use it. Otherwise an ideal property in an ideal location for our stay

Lovely place, good location

The decoration was very nice, host was always available when we had any question. Basement was lovely also. He was very responsive, and cabin was well stock. Yes, we would stay again.

Utah spring break

Very nice & clean. Great space for family. Enjoyed the private hot tub! Bedrooms were very comfortable & great bathrooms as well. Would definitely stay again if in the area.

Great spot at base of Cottonwoods

Spacious, clean and well appointed. Comfortable beds. Our family really enjoyed our stay for the week-- and it was a perfect launch point for skiing the Cottonwoods.

Great property, close to mountains but with a few issues

This is a 5 Star property. Big enough for the 10 of us on the trip, plenty of beds and room to spread out. Clean and updated interior. 2 Livingroom setups with TVs was great, gave the kids a place to go. Nicely stocked kitchen. 2 car garage which was nice to store ski equipment in. Property and neighborhood was cleaned up quickly after a large snow storm while we were there. Great location, close to 4 major ski mountains and plenty of restaurants and stores. Had a small issue with the powder room sink on the first floor. Hose under the sink was leaking the first time we used the sink. Owner put in a claim with VRBO for damages that we didn’t cause. This was a small maintenance issue which I don’t think should have been addressed through the VRBO protection plan. Larger issue was that the hot tub didn’t work. Wasn’t hot enough when we arrived and the remainder of the week it just didn’t work at all. In chatting with the owner this was a known issue. Considering this was a major factor in selecting the rental it was quite disappointing. I would double check about the hot tub status prior to your booking or arrival.

Family ski weekend

David’s place is amazing. Extremely clean, comfortable and a perfect location. The kitchen was very well stocked which it made it easy to cook in the spacious kitchen. There was plenty of room for 7 adults. David was a very responsive host. There was a slight issue with the hot tub but other than that it was a perfect stay!!

Awesome location and Awesome house

Great location in Cottonwood. Minutes to Alta, Snowbird, and close to the highway to hit PC or downtown. Restaurants, shopping, groceries are all within minutes. The bedrooms, bathrooms, and living areas are nicely decorated and comfortable. Hot tub was a great place to relax after a day of skiing. The owner was 100% responsive when we reached out. We’ll be back!

Anne and I decided to walk away from our corporate jobs and focus on spending time outdoors and with our kids. We bought this property as the first of a plan to own 5-6 rental properties and manage them so that we can support ourselves and provide for our two girls as they grow up. It has been an experience renovating our first rental property. We definitely spent more than we planned but the end result is exactly what we hoped for. This property is stunning. We actually thought about moving into this and renting our home which is right around the corner.
We have fallen in love with the mountains and the beauty of Salt Lake. Living between two of the more popular canyons in Utah has been a blessing and we hope that people visiting and staying with us will get out and see some of that beauty as well. Hiking up to a lake or waterfall and seeing Moose and deer is just a dream and our goal is to continue to build and successfully rent out about 5 properties so that we can have a schedule that allows us to be with our kids more and get outdoors daily. Please check out our property and come and stay. You will find so many things to do here and so many beautiful places to see.

This property is just beautiful. It was completely renovated in 2019 and backs right up to a large park. The view is excellent, the location is perfect. It sits right between Big and Little Cottonwood Canyons and is within 20 minutes of Alta, Solitude, Snowbird and Brighton Resorts. There are literally hundreds of hiking trails within a few miles and of course the Utah culture that is so rich in Salt Lake. You are 20 minutes from downtown Salt Lake and the airport. The property has many amenities and is a relaxing place to stay while you visit this great state.

Being fully renovated in 2019 this property has all new everything. It backs up to one of the largest parks in the Salt Lake valley. The view is wonderful and the property could not be more cozy to just relax in while on down time on your trip.
