The house is bright, open, and full of natural light. It is located right at the base of the Wasatch front, in between the two canyons of Little Cottonwood (Alta and Snowbird) and Big Cottonwood (Solitude and Brighton ski resorts) Canyons. The home is located on the 10th tee of *Willow Creek Country Club with back gates that allow a 30-yard walk to the clubhouse, which is perfect for those who may be attending weddings or other invited events at the country club. Looking out the large windows on the main floor or sitting on the deck with cozy chairs and a fire pit, you see views of the golf course and the Wasatch Mountains. The home has 4 large bedrooms, each with a king-size bed. 3 of those rooms have either a convertible queen-size couch/bed or two twin beds to accommodate families or larger groups. There are 2 master suites (one on the main floor and one on the top floor). All beds have premium linens and fresh and clean mattress and pillow protectors. The three full bathrooms have bidets with heated seats.

Big enough for the whole family, yet quaint enough for just the two of you. This house really is excellent for larger groups or just a couple as you can use the main floor only with the master suite, kitchen, living room, deck, and views!

The kitchen is FULLY stocked with almost anything you could want. Coffee, tea, and many pantry items are stocked. There is also a kitchenette in the lower-level living.

There are 2 family rooms with auto on/off gas fireplaces. One on the main living level with spectacular views and one on the lower level.

The basement level has a game room with a shuffleboard table, 2 man arcade table with over 100 old-school video games, a karaoke machine, board games, poker chips, cards, etc. As well as a kitchenette.

There are 7 large screen smart TVs throughout the house.

We have a 2-car garage that may be utilized and a 2-car driveway. Also, short-term parking on the street if needed.

SKIERS! The garage has boot and glove dryers, racks for skis and snowboards as well as closets to store ski gear.

GAMES- We also have a ping pong table, dart board, axe throwing and foosball (in the garage), shuffleboard table, 2 man table arcade game with over 100 games, a Karaoke machine, a Putterball Pong Turf game, and many board games and puzzles.

There is a small fenced-in backyard and a new hot tub!

This is a large and very private twin home (shared soundproof firewall) that is the end unit with a treelined area to the side so you only have neighbors to one side of you.

Owners do live next door and absolutely respect our guests' privacy but are also always available if needed.

*Willow Creek Country Club: Unfortunately the golf course is a private country club, so public golfing or use of the clubhouse and pool is not available.
