Filthy dirty apartment.
(Sorry, but had a bad experience) The apartment was filthy, really dirty/filthy, and with a strong smell of something rotting or mold. Windows were so dirty one couldn't see through them! Patio so dirty it took 'scrubbing' it 4 times to be reasonably clean where one could sit out. Same with kitchen, etc., etc.. :( Took hours the first 2 days to clean the place. The bed covers & pillows were also filthy & smelly. Fortunately fresh sheets wrapped in plastic were provided & it was warm enough to just use sheets.
The management, though polite, were not very quick to respond, nor helpful from the start. I was only there for 5 nights. Keys are picked up at management's office, which is a bus or taxi drive away if you have luggage. Without luggage it would be a nice uphill 30 min walk. The management would not even consider to meet at the apartment to either drop off the keys, or when leaving, take back the keys. All in all extremely poor customer service & delivery of the apartment.
The building itself is nice. The building staff were very nice & friendly, but were not associated with this unit. I would recommend renting from the building directly. Location is great. But I do not recommend renting this apartment & the way this rental was managed :-(
