SASSYスタジオは、テキサスA&Mから1ブロックの中心部に位置しています。 チリ、Torchys Taco、Laynes Chicken Fingersなどのさまざまな飲食店まで徒歩圏内です。 ジョギングコース、テニスコート、バスケットボールコート、夏季にはオープンの公共プール、そしてスイングが楽しめるトーマスパークは、数ブロック先にあります。

生々しいコテージは、物件のメインハウスの後ろにあります。 10月のしばらく前まで、この施設に共有エリアはありません。 主な家が改装されると、それは同様に休暇用賃貸としても運営され、コテージとは別にまたは共同で予約することができます。 これが行われると、2つの間の唯一の共有エリアは裏庭、2つの家と洗濯室の間でピンポンをするのに覆われたエリアになります。 コテージと本館にはそれぞれ別のパティオがあります。

This mini house had everything we needed. It was quite. The bed was comfortable, and it was nice to have a sitting area to relax in.

Nice cottage close to TAMU

The place was very nice and the owners were extremely responsive and accommodating. We will definitely stay there again.

Great location

The suite is in a great location and it well laid out. The host was very accommodating and responsive. However the cleaning & maintenance protocol needs improvement.

Perfect

This is a very nice Cottage and a location was perfect for me visiting labs. Very close to eating places, some in walking distance. I also liked the TV selections. I would stay here again.

Retreat in College Station

We enjoyed the stay. The toys in the back yard were a lot of fun and the atmosphere on the patio was very relaxing. It felt like our very own tiny home. The experience in College Station was great.

Confusing Check In.

We were sent the wrong property address. When we arrived late (9:00pm) we walked into a house that was already rented. We called the owner who gave us the correct address but finding the front door was difficult then the keypad lock gave us trouble getting in. It was very frustrating.

Perfect Location

I just had a short stay when I came back to College Station to take my dog to the vet. This pet- friendly cottage was perfect for just us. The backyard was big and secure for the pup (it does share the space with the main house, including the outdoor entertainment, so that's good to know if there are other visitors) and the bed and couch both were comfy. I would stay here again the next time I come into town.

Gracious Host

This quaint cottage is perfect for one or two guests. It states you can have three but I believe anyone older than 12 would be pushing the comfort zone. It was clean and the air conditioner was very cool. The host was gracious to accommodate me when I had a technical issue with my reservation. I really appreciated it because technically they did not have to change it. Wonderful customer service. I will be back.

Great little find

We stayed here when moving our son. Location is great and the home itself is absolutely adorable. However if the main house had been rented it would have been awkward staying in the cottage. Also, note VRBO has the wrong door code they end you. Owner states she has tried to correct. So make sure to reach out to her to prevent any hiccups checking in.

Quick stay

Had a small speed bump at the beginning of our stay but I'd have to say the owner/property manager fixed the issue instantly! The customer service was absolutely amazing!! Great location!

Great place! Great location!

This adorable place was clean, well stocked, communication and expectations were clear and easy to follow. Page was very nice, made sure we had everything we needed. Check in/ out was a breeze. The property was exactly as it showed online. We will definitely book it again if we are in the area!

Perfect space but security concerns

Check in was easy, the house is very clean, cute space, and was perfect for the time I was there. I liked having a little kitchen so I could work remotely while waiting for my son to finish up at soccer camp. My only concern was security. I’m not sure how often the keypad door code is updated so I was nervous that the keypad lock is the only way to lock the front door. The owner also entered while I was out for the day without any advanced notice which concerned me. Traveling as a lone female, I’m extra cautious so I probably would not stay here again unless I was with my husband. This is the only reason for the rating. Otherwise the property itself and its location is 5 stars!

“Hair” to get away

Here from Dallas to get my hair done by my daughter… place is a small space but doesn’t feel small! Loved it… only issue was code to enter was not working but host was was extremely responsive and ver kind!

Amazing hidden gem!

This was the cutest little cottage! My husband and I stayed here while visiting our daughter. It was so homey I didn’t want to leave! The beds were comfortable too. It rained and we just loved listening to the rain. We will definitely stay here again! Our daughter mentioned it would be the perfect place for her ring dunk! Cute yard for a ring dunk!

Great property

The cottage was terrific. The access code I was given was wrong and because the host didn’t respond to my messages, I couldn’t check in until 9pm. Very disappointing
