2017年3月に新しく建てられ、「小さな家の国」とウェストコーストリビングに触発された-このモダンで設備の整ったプライベートな小さな家スタジオアパートメントは、A＆Mのキャンパスからわずか1マイルです。
この場所は、両方の長所です。 キャンパスから0マイルの距離にあり、HEB、ターゲット、スターバックス、レストラン、その他多くの主要ショップまで徒歩圏内です。 それは本当にアギーランドのハブです。

Our international renter was able to take advantage of A&M bus shuttle service to campus since it’s close to our apartment. We are also close to grocery stores and other businesses. Enjoy meeting Hadisa!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this little apartment. It had everything we needed. Perfect for a couple or single guest. Very clean. Cinnammon rolls were excellent and a nice touch. Place was cozy and homey. Very convenient to TAMU and Bomber Field in Bryan. Felt safe in the neighborhood. The bed did hurt my husband's back, but we loved the place. Don't hesitate to book.

Beth was a welcoming host who provided a prompt response to my questions. As a UM alum attending the playoffs, the location was superb as I was able to walk from the game to the house. Beth provided cinnamon buns on my arrival that were delicious. She provided a thorough description of amenities. Highly recommend.

Thanks for staying here and for your review. Your team showed great alumni support. I’m glad you were able to walk to KYLE FIELD since it’s only one mile away. It beats paying for parking too. Also A&M’s shuttle bus route goes close to our house, which is convenient on game day, and is free to ride. Glad you enjoyed the homemade cinnamon rolls too. Thanks again.

Scott was a wonderful renter!! He used the separate entrance with skill since it had steps on the deck and no hand rails. His car was parked in our driveway to avoid street parking. Staying over a month, he was able to get a discount. We would definitely rent to him again!

My husband and I have 3 married children and 7 grandkids! After watching the TV Show "Tiny House Nation" and visiting Seattle, I was inspired to build my own "Tiny House Apartment"!! I love to welcome people to College Station and Texas A&M. It's where I graduated, in '81, and our 3 kids in '07, '09, '10. Whoop!! My husband recently retired after 32 years with A&M.
We love our location because we are so close to the University. There is nothing like the feel of a College Town and being in the middle of it all. From our front porch we can even hear the distant sound of the Aggie band!
We operate a bakery out of our home and sell our goods at the local farmers market in downtown Bryan on Saturdays.
Because I enjoy baking, I can provide you, as our guest, some of our sourdough cinnamon rolls or other baked goodies the first morning of your stay. It's part of our hospitality and making you feel at home in College Station.

Again this area is all about location!! So close to Texas A&M. We are on the bus route if you are a visiting student or professor. If you are here for "game day", the bus can pick you up 2 hours before a game and drop you off on campus near the Memorial Student Center/MSC.
We recommend a car, but several international students have stayed here and appreciated the walking distance to HEB, Target, restaurants, etc.
Just because the apartment is "tiny" doesn't mean it's not equipped! There's a microwave, NuWave induction cooktop, 9.2 cu.ft bottom freezer refrigerator, blender, toaster oven and coffee pot...
And, because it has a separate entrance, our guest can come and go as they want.
