Welcome to your Maui Retreat: This beautiful and spacious 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom condo on Maui s south side sleeps up to 4 people and was just recently renovated! Kihei Alii Kai A207 is conveniently located within walking distance to the beach, restaurants, shops, activities, and more! This is the perfect place for a family vacation or a romantic getaway!

The beach chairs need attending. Not enough paper towel, toilet paper,dish soap for the two week stay. Kitchen ware needs attending too, everything was mismatched. I bed was uncomfortable.

it was very difficult finding the property. we arrived late and had no idea where the room was in accordance to the four buildings plus the address is not on South Kihei Road. We could not get in the room and the lights and TV were on having us think this was the wrong spot. The Pool was all little kids in the afternoons. Trowing balls and taking right over---which in most cases is fine but I know others were not thrilled. The pictures of the room and what we ere looking at were kind of off. They showed some water and other.... anyway we got an idea of the lay of the land and it got better. but??????

Wonderful Stay Near Kamaole Beach

We had a wonderful stay at this place, just a 3-minute walk from beautiful Kamaole Beach. The area is peaceful and still very close to Wailea. The apartment stays comfortably cool thanks to its shaded orientation. The full kitchen was a great bonus, and the property management team was incredibly considerate and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommend for a relaxing and convenient Maui experience!

Great getaway stay…

We were pleasantly surprised at how well-equipped the kitchen was. The wall-length floor-to-ceiling windows include a huge screened section that creates a wonderful cross breeze from the front door screen. The pictures online are an accurate representation. We stayed 10 days, enjoyed many restaurants and the beach.

Wonderful place close to the beach

The condo was very nice, location was excellent and the amenities in the complex great.The only minor niggle was that the airco was old and noisy but we only had it on during the first day and after that relied on just running the fans and having the patio door open for fresh air.Altogether a very enjoyable place to stay.

Wonderful property

This was an absolutely fantastic place to stay during our visit. A wonderful space that is so much better than the listing could have ever prepared us for with a quick walk to the beach and plenty of beach toys and supplies in the unit. Will be back for sure!!

This was by far the worst place we have ever stayed in Hawaii. There were so many issues from the very beginning. Nothing was ever fixed or resolved. The communication was awful, took days to get a response. The property was filthy. We had to buy.our own towels, dishes, pans, pot holders and many more items. The unit was falling apart, lots of appliances broken. No hot water and the list goes on. I would not recommend this property to anybody. Its unsafe and disgusting.

Maui spring break

We had a fabulous stay at A207. The unit was clean and had everything we needed. The location was also perfect. So close to the beaches and shopping. Would definitely stay here again. Back in Vancouver now and missing Maui already.

Excellent Area to Vacation

The Condo location to the ocean, pool area and grounds are excellent and well maintained. The Condo itself provided everything we needed for our stay however it does need a cleaning/paint refresh and some minor repairs. The Kitchen was updated and well equipped. We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation in Kihei.

Clean and well maintained. Great location. Close to beach, local shops and coffee house. Would have liked to have a second air conditioning unit in the bedroom, but overall great experience. Nice amenities. Pool small but recently renovated.

Excellent place to stay in Kihei

We were very impressed by this condo. It was very clean, wonderfully equipped, very attractive. Bed was comfortable, shower excellent, location good--short walk to Kamaole Beach. We did not cook meals in, but it would have been easy considering the supply of cookware and utensils. Parking was ample, but could have been more convenient, especially on arrival and departure.

Arrived early but the owner was very communicative and accommodating. Space was clean and their were plenty of towels, and beach chairs available for use. Also the walk to the beach is literally 3 minutes.

Perfect Location

We loved our stay here in Kihei! This condo was in the perfect location, just a short walk from the beach. Kihei is a nice relaxing area, and the condo complex is located within walking distance of many great restaurants as well as the beach. Everything in the condo was as shown. The A/C is a little loud, but weather was nice enough to open the doors for a nice breeze and leave the a/c off most of the time. We would not hesitate to rent this unit again!

Great location, great facility with some trout full amenities.

Property was clean and well maintained. Only concern was distance from parking and miscommunication on parking registration. No parking passes available however left a note in the box and did not have any issues so guess that worked!

Wonderful

The unit was clean and well kept. We had plenty of supplies for garbage, laundry, etc. Having laundry within the unit was a real advantage. The location was great - a short walk to the beach and lots of restaurants. Grocery store is nearby. The bed was comfortable. WE very much enjoyed our stay in Kihei.

Perfect location

Apartment was clean, large, and had everything you could need for a short or long stay. The patio was a beautiful size and we enjoyed sitting out there in the evenings enjoying the breeze. I wish there was a full size coffee pot and the shower curtain kept coming down but those were very minor issues. The location was incredible, so easy to walk around, everything you could possibly want or need for your stay in Maui. Thank you!
