Great condo with all the comforts of home. It was a short walk to the beach with lots of restaurants and shops nearby. The pool and hot tub were a great way to end the day.

Condo is a convenient couple minute walk to the beaches with plenty shopping and dining options along the strip, though we didn’t eat out and made good use of the propane grills available to residents & guests.

Great location

Great location, in beautiful south Maui. Walkable to stores and beaches. Comfortable beds and kitchen has everything you need to cook meals at home. Easy check out process and very helpful management team.

Wonderful Spot!

The beds were comfy, the ac was cold, the decor gave me the island feel and the condo had everything we needed for a week stay! Loved that there was a cooler and beach chairs to use! Will be back!

This was an amazing rental. Near the beaches and in between most of the tourist areas. Unit was clean and parking was accessible.

Great property and great location. Our family of 5 stayed comfortably with ample space for everyone. Location is walkable distance to all the shops, great restaurants, Hawaiian shaved ice, and the beach. Short (less than 10 minutes) drive to the shops at Wailea for more dining and shopping options.

Property was spacious and clean, all fans and ac worked great for the hotter days, beds were comfy and it slept 5 with no issues. Would recommend this property to anyone as well as all my friends!

Beautiful ocean view condo

Wonderful space for our group of 5. Enough space for 2 adult couples to sleep comfortably and the pull out couch for our teen daughter. Short walk to the beach and stores. Gorgeous view of the ocean. Nice air conditioning also. Would recommend and would return!

We loved our stay! Location was perfect, parking easy and plentiful, beds were comfortable, kitchen well equipped and the living room had a very comfy couch. Please update your balcony picture as you missed showing the nice water and mountain views - added pictures below. I liked that the place was a bit back from the road and when you were ready for action it was a very short stroll to the beach or restaurants. Only downside is the master had a window that looked out to a walkway but the blinds kept the privacy needed.

Great Family Location

Very clean and well stocked unit. Just as photos depict. Our family of five had enough room with the pullout in living room. Master bedroom had incredibly comfortable king bed. Two minute walk to beach, shops, restaurant's and more. Would definitely recommend.

Great location, good A/C, super clean

This place was perfect! The water view is actually a little better than on the listing, it was exceptionally clean, and though fitting 6 was snug, it was perfect for what we needed! Additionally, the PM was super responsive and helpful. The dryer had a bit of an issue that we could work around and they came and fixed it the next day! Highly recommend.

I enjoyed having dinner on the patio while watching the sunset. I also appreciated the air conditioning and quiet ceiling fans. I couldn’t get the clothes dryer to work (it just ate my coins), so I really needed the provided clothes drying rack. I liked that there were brooms and a vacuum available for our long stay, but the shower head and bathroom tap had a black build-up and I couldn’t find a scrub brush.

First Trip to Maui

This property is in a great location close to the beaches and easy to walk to shops. The living space is very nice and comfortable for a family of four or five. We did have some issues with the appliances and the cleaning service, but the management was very good in addressing our concerns, and, taking care of things during and even after our stay. I think with a few improvements this property would be a premium location and I think it will improve based on my experience with the management. I would consider staying here again if there were some updates to the kitchen and flooring .

The location was great and had a beautiful view of the ocean and mountains. The condo was very comfortable and except for the roach infestation in the kitchen. Although there is an explanation that this is a tropical island and to expect pests, I had 3 sets of friends staying within one mile of our condo and staying at three different locations, no one complained of roaches in their condo. I called Maui Paradise Properties and stated I kept all my food including nonperishables in the refrigerator, I still had issues. I wiped the kitchen counters before I went to bed and we also purchased roach hotels and Raid to no avail. I would love to speak to the condo owner and let them know how their condo is being managed. It’s a shame and if it wasn’t for the roach infestation I wouldn’t hesitate to book again.

Central location. Pictures provided are somewhat accurate. There is some wear and tear on furniture. Sunset views were spectacular for the price ,and like I said its a 5-10 minute walk to almost anything you may need. Great eating in the area, great beaches. The check in process was confusing. No one in the "office" the 2 days I tried to go in, and after calling the property management I was told to just keep trying (I think this was mainly for a parking pass). Price point was what made us choose this location and it is an accurate price point due to a few issues I brought to managements attention that hopefully will be addressed for future guests. Pests are not an issue as long as you follow the tips and instructions on how to avoid. Daughter loved the pool and husband enjoyed the sauna almost nightly.
