We are so happy to hear you say the place is LOVELY. We are so sorry you had issues with the door and the wifi but most people do not. On occasion some people do not read our instructions or watch the videos we send them and for that reason they fail, not the home at all. Could not have been more clear to you! Turn key to the right means exactly that. Clearly expressed in the videos and when I texted you the code I reminded you to turn the key to the right only and apparently you didn't tell anyone else this. The Wifi; Had you read the instructions you would have not had any issues. Capital and small case letters are sensitive in passwords for wifi. I would highly recommend when you go to a new VRBO rental to read and follow all the instructions so you don't have any issues. Thank you

What a great location, just a 5 minute walk to the beach. The house has a relaxing balcony to hang out, nap, or have meals. Lots of space, well stocked, and quiet. The owner, David, is responsive and very accommodating. We recommend!

Wonderful! House is spacious, clean, well-appointed, quiet, and a quick walk to the beach. We stayed with our family, and there is even a children’s play corner in the living room with nice toys. The three and six year olds loved them. Perfect beach house.

Peaceful Stay at Aptos

We had a peaceful and enjoyable stay at this Aptos house. The rooms and entire home were very clean.The neighborhood was quiet and a three minute walk to the beach. It’s a short drive to Sta. Cruz. We would definitely consider booking this place again in the future.

July summer visit in Rio del Mar

Everything was straight forward, easy access, WiFi was great, location to town and beach were convenient, the rental was clean, beautiful, comfortable and fully stocked with all necessities. The surrounding area had a nice coffee shop, a great little grill, a small market as well as scenic cliff trails to hike. David was easy to contact and stay in touch with when needed. We could have stayed there for months. Highly recommended!!

Central location close to everything

Enjoyed being walking distance from the beach, especially with teens. Short drive to the Boardwalk and redwoods.

Beautiful Beach House

Great location, within walking distance to the beach. The house is beautifully furnished, very clean and well stocked. Lovely, inside and out. We would like to vacation there again next Summer.

Great location

We had a wonderful stay. Property was clean and spacious. 5 minute walk to the beach. Plenty of ice made by the freezer. Nice grill for cooking. We had a great stay.

Best Beach House experience

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay -- amenities were on point and the property owners thought of everything we could potentially need! The home's proximity to the beach, restaurants, and other attractions was stellar! I highly recommend this rental!!

Great Get Away

We loved staying at the property. The house was very well equiped and very comfortable to stay at. David reached out to us several times to make sure everything was just right. On top of the great place to stay, it was about a 5 minute walk to the beach!

Family getaway to the beach

A great property for a family looking to escape to the beach. Easy walking distance to the state beach. Comfortable, clean, lots of games and toys for the kids. Outside shower is great to rinse off after a fun day!

Fabulous house for a get away

Amazing home, very clean, comfy beds and has everything you would need for your stay. Two short blocks to the beach and restaurants. Great outdoor space with plenty of seating and a grill. Feels like a cozy home and the décor is adorable. Highly recommend choosing this home for your stay in Aptos!
