Perfect Nashville Getaway – Clean, Convenient, and Charming!

We had a fantastic stay at this Nashville VRBO! The home was spotless, just as pictured in the listing, and perfectly located 10 min away all the action on Broadway. We loved being able to walk around the neighborhood, where we discovered a cute park and an awesome coffee shop about 10 min walking distance. Highly recommend for a fun and convenient Nashville getaway!

Nice place to stay when in Nashville and you want to get away from the downtown business. Short 10-minute UBER to all the hot spots. Very clean and well maintained. Rooftop is great!

Super cute and clean

Perfect place for our party of 4. Nicely decorated and super clean. It’s located less than 10 min from Broadway, and about 20 min from the airport. Uber/Lyft drivers are inexpensive. Would definitely stay there again.

Great Place Close to Downtown

Overall we loved the place. The location to downtown was excellent, just a short Uber ride. The condo was very clean and adorable. The neighborhood was mostly quiet. We had everything we needed to cook breakfast in the mornings. The washer and dryer was nice to have. Didn’t have to bring home much laundry. A couple things that could be improved upon is more seating in the living room. A small loveseat maybe. With 4 adults you couldn’t all sit comfortably. The showers could use small shelves to put your shampoo and body wash on. Great place and we would stay again for sure.

Great if you're young and mobile

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had two older ladies with us, so a lot of the issues are related to accessibility. The third bedroom is actually just the fold out couch in the living room. So the older ladies had to sleep on the fold out couch because they couldn't consistently do the stairs. The fold out couch did not come with sheets. One shower (second story) is more accessible, but there are no shelves in there to place items, so you have to bend down to the floor to get shampoo, soap, etc. The other shower (also second story) has a tub which was good for shelving, but again difficult for people with mobility issues to get in and out of. The patio shares a small wall with the patio from adjacent condos, and it's a very short wall so if someone else is out there, it's awkward. We had issues with our adjacent neighbor consistently taking our reserved parking spot, and the owner was super responsive and eventually came and put a cone in our spot so the neighbor could not take it while we were out for the day. For the younger members of our group, the VBRO was great. I would not recommend for older people, people with mobility issues, or small children. The posting was vague on this issue, but the condo came with one reserved spot. There are only FOUR guest spots in the parking lot. Keep in mind if bringing multiple vehicles.

Close but not enough indoor seating

property was nice and well-maintained however, for a group of six adults, there is not enough seating in the living space. Additionally, be prepared to walk up for flights of stairs to get to the rooftop deck. There is No place to sit and enjoy a meal a game or coffee for six adults in the living space. If you’re going to sleep there, it’s perfect however, I do believe it could be laid out a little differently.

Amazing first visit to Nashville!!

Thank you for a great stay!! The space was super clean, accommodated 4 adults without issue. Was the perfect place to come home to after our jammed packed days in Nashville. The posted pictures are exactly what you get. It was great to have all the necessities at hand- dish soap, coffee pods, salt and pepper, cork screw, toilet paper and paper towel, etc. We didnt use the laundry but nice to have on hand if needed. The only thing "missing" for us kleenex (a must for my friend struggling with her allergies. Lol) we had our own, but would recommend bringing your own too if needed. The roof top didn't get used nearly as much as we had hoped due to the weather, but nice to have the deck boxes to store dry cushions in for when we could. Thank you again for your thoughtfulness in helping us celebrate our 50th birthdays. We will recommend and hope to come back!

Perfect Retreat

Absolute wonderful place prime location to anywhere you need to go to downtown or surrounding areas. Quiet, Clean, and stunning roof top deck. Not the best neighborhood but never felt unsafe to go for a run in the morning. Next time I come to Nashville not going to hesitate to book with playlist properties!!! Love love love
