This 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo offers a comfortable, contemporary home base in one of Nashville’s most desirable neighborhoods. The open living area has space to relax and includes a queen sleeper sofa for extra guests. Step outside to an outdoor seating area for morning coffee or an evening wind-down. In-home laundry adds convenience during longer stays. The building includes an elevator for easy access, and you’ll have dedicated garage parking for one vehicle, with additional street parking available on a first-come, first-served basis. Guests also enjoy access to community amenities, including an outdoor pool and fitness center.

• Laundry: Private in-home laundry is available during your stay.
