Home is aging and not new as advertised. Advertised as 6 bedrooms, but only 5 suitable for guests. Property with large iguanas and fecal matter from iguanas in pool, making it unusable for most of our stay. Some holes in walls around AC units and significant rusting of refrigerator. Ants in areas of dishes before we brought in food. Cannot walk to beach, but a short drive. Beautiful views, comfortable beds, and working AC.

Pictures are deceiving

The pictures of the property make it seem like you’re staying an updated villa but in reality it needs quite a few cosmetic and material fixes. The refrigerator in the main level kitchen has corrosion or rust on the freezer door. The dryer didn’t work our entire stay. It was only when we were checking out did she, the owner Dora make sure it was serviced for the next guests. There was one day we didn’t have any water and when we told the owner about it she did mention it was the entire resort. But if it is being serviced wouldn’t they have notified everyone in the villas prior to? One of my biggest mistake with this property was not thoroughly reading everything. I knew we would have to pay for electric but I didn’t know we had to pay for water too! Never again

Family vacation

Beautiful property with amazing views. Family of 5 and we were able to spread out and relax. The breakfast / coffee shop, bar, and restaurant on site were all great. Did not get a chance to take advantage of the dive shop on site but definitely will next time. Had groceries delivered and they showed up on time and as ordered.

Best view ever and location

House was such a great value for the island! Most of the hotels on the island are the same price as this house if not more. Electric is super efficient and only spend couple hundred dollars for 10 days which was very cheap compared to the states. Great location away for all of the tourist spots, but close enough to get there and to all of the nice beaches on the north side of the island. Our van rental has issues two times and Dora had someone help us within 30 minutes each time to get it fixed, what a lifesaver, thank you Dora!

Overall GREAT!!

Dora / Villa – Dora is an EXCELLENT host! Very communicative and knowledgeable! She even brought us a Papaya from her personal tree! Very thoughtful of her. Anything you need she is VERY responsive and goes above and beyond. The villa was beautiful. Definitely spacious and the master bedroom was exceptional. Outside area was spacious and pool was beautiful. However, I must note that the water pressure is slow and sometimes nonexistent at times. And the wifi upstairs is a little slower than downstairs. We mentioned these things to Dora and she assured us she would speak to the owner to get these issues corrected. I'm sure these issues will be resolved soon.

Amazing Stay

Amazing Vacation

Everything about this experience met our expectations. Dora is very helpful and responsive, the house and property were beautiful, the resort had great food, and the snorkeling was spectacular. The entire experience was unforgettable.

Curaçao trip 2022

The rented property was wonderful and suited our group of 10 very well. Specially the very large infinity pool was excellent and was a favorite with not only the kids. The house was cleaned after one week and was as fresh as when we first arrived. Management from Dora was easy and excellent. We had a wonderful and memorable vacation and I can recommend this rental to anyone.

Better than expected!

This property was absolutely amazing. Better than the pictures and video we saw before booking it. The place was absolutely beautiful,clean and stunning views. We had a group of 9 people and there was more than enough room for everyone. The pool was also absolutely amazing. Dora, the property manager, was very attentive to our every need and gave very good recommendations of local supermarkets and attractions in the area. She was always available via whatsapp and has a great response time. I highly recommend this home and will definitely book again.

Great place to stay, close to great beaches. Dora was fantastic. Only issue was some people had a difficult time figuring out how to get warm or hot water in showers. May have been user error but the controls where form over function

Dora is the best

The place is a quiet, clean, spacious and calming place. It is very near the (Touristic Attraction) and close to all the lovely restaurants and bars of the area. But you can’t hear the noise of the streets in the house. The whole place made us feel at ease. Dora was very nice, easy to talk to and very friendly when she welcomed us. I would definitely come again!

Wonderful Home and Amazing host

My stay at this property was amazing! Morning panoramic views in an fantastic home cannot be understated. The house was beautiful, and my host, Dora, was perfect. She was timely, explained everything in great detail, and even provided tips on where to eat, shop, and tour the island. I will definitely be back to stay at this home and I would encourage anyone who is viewing this house to go for it, you will not be disappointed!

Beautiful Property

This property is stunning and the neighbourhood is safe and beautiful. I recommend this property for families or groups. It is on the west side of the island but within driving distance to beaches and Wilemstead. The host was gracious and attentive and I would recommend this beautiful property

I Just Love ❤️ this vacation home

My family and friends enjoyed this vacation home, the kids swam in the infinity pool daily, we would rush home to see the sunset, we had a chef come in to cook a local meal for us which was delicious. We spent time on the upstairs and downstairs porch just chillin. You have to rent a car, we drove to town, to the beach and spent lots of time at willywood a local bar and restaurant in the area. Bedrooms were spacious and clean. The master bathroom was amazing..almost to big. Will return, I loved the home, island and people. Thomasina

Stunning villa, lovely holidays

We had an amazing experience at villa casa Bella. Stunning house , the view is just unbelievable. The villa was clean , big, modern, fully equipped. Very convenient for families. I would recommend with no hesitation. A special thanks to Matthew and Dora (property managers) for their kindness, their assistance and advices. They are very helpful and gave us a 5 star service ! All along the way. Helping us with activities , restaurants bookings . They gave us good tips, and were very responsive. We really appreciated it. Thank you again! We will come back for sure !

Pictures don’t do this property justice!

Dora and Matthew have been amazing from the very beginning, I had a lot of questions and they were both always so helpful and pleasant to work with. The property is gorgeous we didn’t want to leave and it is in a nice and safe community. This house was the perfect place to celebrate my birthday and Dora was extremely helpful in not only recommending places to go for dinner, the best beaches and places to hang out but she also went out of her way to make reservations and bought a cake for me to celebrate my birthday. To say she goes above and beyond is an understatement! We all had an amazing time the island is beautiful. Electricity is expensive on the island so be careful and turn off lights and AC when leaving the house. We would recommend this house to ANYONE! Thank you Dora and Matthew for making my birthday trip one I will never forget.
