Inside, four beautifully styled bedrooms, four sleek modern bathrooms, and a stunning open-plan kitchen that flows straight out to the sea.

Spread across two thoughtfully designed levels, this newly renovated villa delivers the ultimate Caribbean living experience — where every space flows naturally toward the ocean.

The heart of the home is the spectacular open-plan living, dining and kitchen area on the upper level.

Oversized folding glass doors dissolve completely to connect the interior with the wraparound thatched palapa terrace — your private outdoor paradise featuring a full lounge area, teak dining table for eight, gas BBQ, and uninterrupted 180° views over the Caribbean Sea.

Whether you're cooking a fresh catch at sunset or simply watching the colours change over the water, this terrace will become your favourite place on earth.

The kitchen itself is fully equipped for serious cooking — induction hob, double oven, large American-style fridge-freezer, granite island countertops, and everything you need to eat and entertain in style.

The master bedroom opens directly onto the palapa terrace, so you wake up to sea views every single morning.

Three further bedrooms are each beautifully styled with quality linens, air conditioning, ample wardrobe storage, and their own private terrace or direct pool access.

All four bathrooms have been completely renovated to a boutique hotel standard — walk-in rain showers, floating vanities,

Outside, the private pool is the centrepiece of the lower terrace — surrounded by sun loungers, tropical palms, and a shaded covered seating area perfect for afternoon shade.

The grounds are lush and private, framed by bougainvillea and Caribbean greenery, with an outdoor shower by the pool and private parking on site.

Cas Abou Beach — one of the most beautiful beaches in the entire Caribbean — is just a short walk downhill.

The entire villa and all its grounds are exclusively yours for the duration of your stay — no shared spaces, no other guests, complete privacy from the moment you arrive.

This includes the private swimming pool and surrounding sun deck with loungers, both thatched palapa terraces, the covered ground-floor seating area, the outdoor shower, and all interior living spaces across both levels of the villa.


The fully equipped kitchen is entirely at your disposal — every appliance, utensil, and gadget is there to be used. The gas BBQ on the main palapa terrace is yours to fire up whenever the mood strikes.


Private parking is available directly on the property for your rental car, which we strongly recommend for exploring the island at your own pace.


The villa sits within the residential Cas Abou Resort community.

The resort grounds are peaceful and quiet, and Cas Abou Beach — one of Curaçao's crown jewels — is just a short walk from the front door.

Please note that the beach itself has a small entrance fee managed independently by the beach operators.

Nature of the Property
This villa is privately owned and occasionally rented.
It is not a commercial property with 24/7 staff.
Guests are expected to be self-sufficient during their stay.

Environment and Climate
Located in a tropical setting, guests should anticipate warm weather, humidity, and occasional storms. Wildlife such as insects, geckos, and other native species are part of the environment.
While we implement pest control measures, a completely bug-free environment cannot be guaranteed.

Property Condition and Furnishings
Photographs of the villa were taken during a staged photoshoot in direct sunlight.
The villa has welcomed many returning guests, and normal wear and tear should be expected.
Some items may have been replaced with comparable alternatives over time.
Shutter windows, common on the island, are not entirely airtight.

Air Conditioning
Air conditioning is available only in the bedrooms.

Maintenance Services
Regular maintenance, including weekly pool cleaning and monthly garden upkeep, is essential.
Due to scheduling constraints, these services may occur during your stay.

Supplies and Essentials
We provide basic supplies for the first 24 hours, including toilet paper, garbage bags, tea, coffee, sugar, hand soap, and dishwashing soap.
Guests are responsible for replenishing these items as needed.

Utilities
While we strive to maintain all amenities, occasional interruptions in utilities (water, electricity, internet) may occur due to the island's infrastructure.
These are beyond our control, and we cannot be held liable for such inconveniences.

Guest Responsibilities
Guests are expected to use the property respectfully and adhere to all house rules. Damages resulting from misuse or negligence will be the guest's responsibility.

Liability Waiver
The host and property owner are not liable for any inconvenience or unforeseen circumstances during your stay, including but not limited to:
Weather conditions
Wildlife encounters
Utility outages
Personal injury or property loss/damage
Noise disturbances from neighboring properties or local activities

Refund Policy
Refund requests will be considered at the host's discretion.
Refunds will only be granted if an issue significantly impacted the guest’s stay and was within the host’s control to resolve.

1. Quiet Hours:

10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Keep noise levels low, especially outdoors.

2. No Smoking:

No smoking inside. Smoke outside and dispose of cigarette butts properly.

3. Energy Conservation:

Turn off lights, fans, and A/C when leaving. Be mindful of water and electricity use.

4. Cleanliness:

Leave the property as you found it. Wash dishes and use designated trash bins.

Trash collection is once a week—please compact trash and avoid overflow.

5. Guests and Visitors:

No unregistered guests or visitors without approval. Maximum occupancy enforced.

6. Pets:

No pets unless approved.

7. Security:

Lock doors and windows when leaving. Report damages or issues immediately.

8. Parties and Events:

No parties, events, or large gatherings.

9. Parking:

Use designated parking areas. Do not block driveways.

10. Compliance with Laws:

Follow all local laws and regulations.

11. Check-In and Check-Out:

Check-in: 4:00 PM | Check-out: 10:00 AM. Late check-out may incur fees.

12. Damage and Breakages:

Guests are responsible for any damages. Report issues immediately.

13. Waste Disposal:

Use appropriate bins for trash and recycling.

14. Property Respect:

Use furniture and appliances properly. Do not rearrange furniture.

15. Office Hours:

Office hours are from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Please try to ask all questions during these hours. Messages outside office hours may not be answered until office hours resume.

By booking, you agree to follow these rules. Non-compliance may result in charges, deposit loss, or termination of stay.


Air Conditioning Usage Policy

We are pleased to offer air conditioning (A/C) in the bedrooms of our rental home to ensure your comfort during your stay. To provide you with the best experience while also maintaining energy efficiency, please carefully review the following guidelines:

1. Complimentary A/C Hours: The A/C units in the bedrooms are available for your use free of charge from 7:00 PM to 10:00 AM daily. This usage equates to a total of 50 kWh per day.

2. Extended A/C Usage: Should you wish to use the A/C outside of these complimentary hours, we kindly ask for a deposit of $70 per day, with a minimum charge of $35 per day. This deposit covers an additional 70 kWh, which typically suffices to keep the bedrooms cool throughout the day.

3. Energy Efficiency Tips: To maximize efficiency and avoid unnecessary costs, please ensure that bedroom doors and windows remain closed while the A/C is running. Also, be mindful of setting the temperature to a comfortable level that does not excessively strain the unit.

4. Post-Check-Out Settlement: Upon your check-out, we will calculate the actual electricity used. Any remaining balance of your A/C deposit will be refunded to you within 10 working days. Please note that any extra A/C usage beyond the provided kWh will be charged at $0.50 per kWh.

5. Important Consideration: On the island of Curaçao, A/C is only provided in the bedroom areas. The living room and kitchen are designed to be naturally ventilated and pleasant when windows and doors are opened, allowing the cool island breeze to flow through the home.
