Cosy house for family/friends vacations 3 minutes from the Plages du Bassin

Dear vacationers,
We proposr you this house with a pleasant garden, ideally located a 3-minute walk from the beaches of the Arcachon basin and the oyster-farming village of Les Jacquets.
Sleeping up to 7 people, the house is equipped with all modern conveniences and includes a large living/dining room with a fireplace and a fully equipped kitchen opening onto a large sunny terrace.
Three bedrooms:
- one bedroom (sleeps 2) with a queen-size bed and en-suite bathroom (shower and toilet),
- one bedroom (sleeps 2) with a double bed
- one bedroom (sleeps 2 adults and 1 child) with a double bed and a single bunk bed,
1 separate bathroom with shower
1 separate toilet.
Crib + high chair.
Amenities: washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, gas hob + extractor hood, fridge-freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, vacuum cleaner, flat-screen TV, WiFi internet.
Outdoor furniture: table + chairs, deckchairs, parasol and plancha grill.
Numerous shops (butcher, bakery, tobacconist, newsagent, restaurants, ATM, pharmacy, florist, mini-market) are within a 5-minute walk.
The famous Truc Vert beach is accessible by bike (10 min) or car (5 min).
The bike path passes in front of the house.
Various activities are available around the villa: sailing lessons, bike rentals, boat rentals or trips, horse riding lessons, horse riding.
