Fantastic week

Lovely villa in great location. Check-in easy and Silvia was on point with all the information required. Very clean and welcoming with lots of great outdoor space. Would definitely recommend.

Gorgeous homely stay near Chia

We had a wonderful stay at this villa. From the start there was prompt and clear communication through VRBO and detailed check in instructions, as well as information about how to manage household waste etc. the location is excellent with amazing views, short walk to Domus de Maria and short drives to the local beaches. There are so many great restaurants nearby. We would definitely stay here again.

Sardinia in June

Absolutely lovely villa with a layout that really suited us. The pool was great - lovely and warm and a good depth. The outside seating area was superb with a choice of chairs etc it had a beautiful fragrance from the flowers growing over and was most relaxing. We hope to go again!!

Brilliant villa with amazing pool

We had such a great time in this perfect villa. The shutters, aircon, shaded outside dining table and amazing pool kept us cool. The villa has everything you could possibly need for a family - including noodles for the pool, UK adaptors, full kitchen and multiple utensils etc. It’s clearly a very well loved home. Rooms are all a good size. Everyone slept so well. We travelled with our 2 and 4yr old boys and the place was perfect for us but there are lots of stone steps inside and out - our boys were fine with these but it’s child dependent. Local pizza restaurant is extremely reasonable and completely delicious and there are great recommendations at the villa from the owners. Only downside is it’s managed by a property company who (although very nice and very responsive) didn’t alert me to the fact that there are additional costs for bedlinen and electricity until I’d booked and (for electricity) was leaving - so I’d recommend checking those things.

Summer holiday 2023

The villa was lovely, quiet and in a residential area so a car is a necessity! The town is very quiet with Niko’s pizza being the main restaurant-this must be pre booked like all the restaurants including the ones in Chia. I would recommend you book your first nights restaurant before you arrive. The pool is a great size to swim and was cleaned each week. No cleaners so we had to change our beds and towels mid holiday but this did not worry us. I would recommend this villa for a quiet holiday, beach is 10 minutes away and so are the supermarkets. Well equipped and very relaxing just perhaps a little too quiet for us after 2 weeks.

Pool and Garden Are the Highlights

The highlight of the house is the pool – large, deep, heated, and simply fantastic. The garden is also beautiful: fully enclosed with blooming oleanders that create a dreamlike atmosphere. The location is great for exploring – within 25 minutes by car you reach many lovely beaches and restaurants. Even a day trip to Cagliari is easy and worth it.Note about the beaches: many have beach bars, but no toilets, so plan ahead.The house was built around 2006, so it's no longer “brand new” as the FeWo description claims. Some furnishings are a bit worn, but overall everything is functional. The house has typical holiday home charm and is well-equipped, including air conditioning.Some downsides: in the downstairs bathroom, black mold is forming around the bathtub and should be cleaned. The upstairs shower is very small – better suited for kids than adults.Also, the location on FeWo is inaccurate – the town is correct, but the map shows the wrong house, which was confusing at first. Fortunately, the host provided the right address.Marco, the local contact, was very helpful and responsive. He also made a late check-out possible, which we really appreciated.Overall, we had a great stay and really enjoyed our time in southern Sardinia.

Tres agréable séjour

Maison spacieuse, joliment decorée et très fonctionnelle, cuisine equipée et bien fournie, plusieurs espaces de repas. Vue sur la vallee au petit dejeuner ,c'est tres chouette. Et la piscine est top!

Sehr schönes Haus mit Pool in den Bergen.

Der Check in, spät abends, war völlig Problemlos. Das große Haus hat genug Platz für 5-6 Erwachsene, mit einem schönen Garten und vielen Sitzgelegenheiten. Der Pool war gut aufgeheizt und immer schön warm. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet und es hat nichts gefehlt. Die beiden Badezimmer waren sauber und es hat alles gut funktioniert. Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub.

Tolles Haus

Brandneu stimmt jetzt vielleicht nicht, aber wir hatten alles was wir brauchten. Der Pool ist natürlich das Highlight, die Lichter haben zwar nicht funktioniert, aber das war jetzt auch nicht weiter schlimm. Sogar einige Sachen für den Pool ( Luftmatratze und Spielsachen) waren vorhanden. Alles sauber und im Schatten gab es mehrere tolle Sitzmöglichkeiten. Im Örtchen gibt es alles was man braucht und in ein paar Fahrminuten istan an tollen stränden. In und um das Haus hat es ein paar Treppen, besonders Vorsicht mit kleinen Kindern. Es ist schön ruhig, bis auf ein paar bellende Hunde in der Nacht. In der Küche war alles vorhanden🤗 Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen. Kommunikation mit vermieter war immer zuverlässig und Freundlich

Lovely villa.

Fantastic property and close to the beautiful beaches of Chia. Marco and Silvia were great to deal with and made our stay very comfortable. The pool provided some much needed relief from the day time temps although the villa could have maybe have done with two gates to stop small kids being able to make their way up to the pool area by themselves. As a side note, I won't be using Vrbo for any further villa rentals. They're customer service is awful and I'm not sure what service they really provide.

Beautiful vacation home!

Very beautiful vacation home 15 minutes from some of the nicest beaches in Sardinia. The house is very clean and equipped with more than one could wish for (wash machine, dryer, dish washer, air-conditioning, WLAN, heated pool, barbeque...). The neighborhood is very quite and great for relaxing, the property cannot be seen from outside. The town has a few nice restaurants, cafes and small shops for everything you need. Pula is close by if one desires more. Very friendly and helpful host, communication was quick, easy and reliable. We spent a great time there and highly recommend it!

Wir haben unseren Sommerurlaub in Domus de Maria gemacht. Wir sind eine Familie mit 3 Kindern. Wir lieben Sardinien und sind schon das 6. Mal auf der Insel gewesen. Das Ferienhaus entsprach der Beschreibung und hatte alles was wir als Familie benötigen. Genügend Platz, sehr sauber und gemütlich. Das Highlight für die Kinder war natürlich der Pool!! Wir waren rundum zufrieden. Die Kommunikation, die Buchung, Check in, Check Out lief ohne Probleme. Marco, vor Ort, war sehr sehr nett und sehr hilfsbereit. Uns hat es sehr gefallen, wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und können das Ferienhaus sehr empfehlen! Kommen gerne wieder!!!

Ein schöner und entspannter Aufenthalt

Der Pool hat die Erwartungen sogar übertroffen. Die Lage war auch sehr schön und der Strand nicht weit entfernt. Auch das Haus war toll. An manchen Küchenutensilien hat es gemangelt. Sonst aber war das Haus gut ausgestattet (Klimanlage, gab es zum Glück).

Schönes Haus mit Pool in den Bergen

Hat alles gepasst. Das Objekt liegt am Rand des Dorfes Domus de Maria in Hanglage mit Blick in die Berge. Für den Noteinkauf gibt es ein paar Läden zum eindecken von Lebensmitteln. Das Meer liegt 8 km entfernt aber dafür hat man ja den schönen Pool als Ausgleich. Auch für Wanderfreunde als Ausgangspunkt geeignet in der näheren Umgebung.

Séjour septembre 2019

Nous venons de passer deux semaines merveilleuses dans cette magnifique maison, idéale pour plusieurs couples ou pour une famille avec ses trois chambres spacieuses et ses deux salles de bain. La maison est très bien équipée : grande barbecue, électro-ménager complet et vaisselle en quantité : bref, il ne manque rien ! La terrasse ombragée est idéale pour les repas en famille, sans parler de la piscine agréable de jour comme de nuit avec ses éclairages. La situation géographique de la maison nous a permis de découvrir le sud de la Sardaigne, ses îles, ses plages dignes des tropiques. Nous tenons à remercier l'équipe de Rent Sardinia qui a toujours été à l'écoute et est restée disponible. Merci à Silvia avec qui nous avons beaucoup communiqué par mail et à Francesco qui nous a accueilli à notre arrivée.

Traumurlaub im Süden Sardiniens

Wir, eine 6-köpfige Familie aus Deutschland, haben 2 wunderschöne Wochen in einem tollen Ferienhaus verbracht. Die Aussicht ist traumhaft und die tollen Strände von Chia sind 10 min mit dem Auto entfernt. Die Bilder von Haus und Garten entsprechen der Realität. Vielen Dank für alles.
