I got this property in a rustic state a few years ago. I definitively got in love with the view, a proper jump in the blue, here the title of my listing. The property is very new, I finished all the works last summer, it has been rented only to 5 people before entering it on homeaway. It is my buen retiro from the city, a full immersion in nature and I can always decide the level of 'isolation'. In Eden Rock there are not bars or restaurants or discos, everything is devoted to the calm. But in 5 minutes drive you can reach a wide array of restaurants, bars and of course Chia's endless beaches. It is the ideal place for a sunset beer and to eat good fish. Chia is a quite place, it attracts more nature lovers and the ones that look for a pure relax holiday. This is what you will find in the house terrace where one part has been covered in order to create some shade and where you can eat outside. South Sardinia has an incredible mild autumn and winter. The house's functioning relies on some fundamental green concerns. There is no a sewing system in Eden Rock and nearby areas. Black water are collected and taken out every two months. For white waters there is a system which filtrates the water and gives it back to the plants in the up hill part of the property. Therefore I try to use bio soaps as much as possible I avoid spilling kitchen oil from the sink. Some basic green rules and the house will be grateful for your staying.
