Lovely apartment with fantastic view

We fully enjoyed our 4 night in Anna's gorgeous apartment, which is very vell equipped, neat and really cozy. A very spacious terrace is the absolute highlight of the property and provides a wonderful sea view that is truly second to none. You won't be disappointed if you decide to stay at Anna's place. Our thorough recommendation!!!

Magnificent

I fully enjoyed my stay, the view with the sunrise and the sea on the terrace was breathtaking. The house felt super cheerful and very comfortable with cold AC and hot water. I would recommend a car as the house is on top of Eden Rock. Lovely area, with two boutique hotels with very nice pools in walking distance.I would definitely come back to visit!

Charming unit in a picturesque setting.

The unit had a rustic charm about it. As it is set in the hills- the panoramic view it offers is amazing. It's located within a few minutes from various restaurants, shops and services, and others are just a short drive away. Our host was easily reachable, and very personable.

Beautiful house in a very calm surrounding

We rented Anna's house for a family trip with our baby. Anna was really helpful already in the booking process with advise for the surrounding and organizing a baby bed and high chair. The house looks exactly like on the pictures. It is a very cozy and new interior and a beautiful terrasse with an amazing view. We were unfortunately very unlucky with the weather and had to leave earlier because of that. Anna was really cooperative and helpful. We can really recommend the house if you would like to have some relaxing days in a very calm neighbourhood.

Beautiful Sardinian Getaway

My husband and I have taken my family away for wonderful 10 days in Sardinia and made the best choice by staying in Anna's place! Location: The house is set in the beautiful area of Chia and Donus de Maria with a gorgeous view of the blue sea and gorges. It is very quiet and relaxing to stay here and so easy to get to anywhere you would need. All beaches, shops only 5-10 min drive away. We loved waking up in the morning and having breakfast in the terrace as well as long summer evenings. Out of ten days we only eaten few times out because we loved the view so much it was not fair to compromise on it by going out. House : the house has two floors, the main lounge, kitchen and terrace on the ground and two comfortable bedrooms in the second. It is a great lay out and was comfortable for 4 people to stay. We also liked the shower at the back of the house that is outsid and very nice to use when coming back from the beach. The house has everything you need and to cook and clean. I also loved the fact that it is very environmentally friendly and sustainable, such a lovely idea! Host: this is the most important ! You could not imagine a more kind and welcoming host! I have been in touch with Anna for several month for the booking and she has been extremely helpful and considerate. She gave us some great advice on places to visit in the area and restaurant recommendations. Most of all she was always so smiley, accommodating and I would definitely recommend anyone to stay at her place! If you are a couple or a family who want to just relax and enjoy the beautiful weather, food and beaches of South Coast of Sardinia this is a place for you! We hope to come back soon to getaway from Busy london and rechange our batteries! Thank you Anna for your hospitality! Nadya & Stuart

I am a professor in Economics, University of Cagliari. I grow up in Sardinia, I have been living for 8 years abroad (getting my PdD and working). I love my island so I when I got a job back here, in 2000, I decided to move back.
I like Sardinia but I also enjoy travelling a lot. The more I visit other places the more I appreciate the place I belong.

I got this property in a rustic state a few years ago. I definitively got in love with the view, a proper jump in the blue, here the title of my listing. The property is very new, I finished all the works last summer, it has been rented only to 5 people before entering it on homeaway. It is my buen retiro from the city, a full immersion in nature and I can always decide the level of 'isolation'. In Eden Rock there are not bars or restaurants or discos, everything is devoted to the calm. But in 5 minutes drive you can reach a wide array of restaurants, bars and of course Chia's endless beaches. It is the ideal place for a sunset beer and to eat good fish. Chia is a quite place, it attracts more nature lovers and the ones that look for a pure relax holiday. This is what you will find in the house terrace where one part has been covered in order to create some shade and where you can eat outside. South Sardinia has an incredible mild autumn and winter. You can always check the meteo http://www.ilmeteo.it/meteo/Chia and decide for a last minute holiday

The house's functioning relies on some fundamental green concerns. There is no a sewing system in Eden Rock and nearby areas. Black water are collected and taken out every two months. For white waters there is a system which filtrates the water and gives it back to the plants in the up hill part of the property. Therefore I try to use bio soaps as much as possible I avoid spilling kitchen oil from the sink. Some basic green rules and the house will be grateful for your staying.
