The condo is clean, modern and comfortable, with A/C and all conveniences. The property is in a great location on a beautiful beach, close to shops & restaurants. Host is very welcoming and friendly, providing quick and friendly communication.

Easy Check-In & Check-out. Rental as described has a great location and everything needed for you stay is available & rental is very clean. Ample Towels. Starter Papertowels & Toilet Paper provided. Very nice manicured grounds. Air conditioning a big plus and the Washer/Dryer option was awesome. Great communication with the Owner. We were very happy staying here and would come back again. Mahalo !!

Owner/Manager was extremely helpful and always available to answer any questions! This condo was perfect for the two of us and having a washer and dryer in the unit was a game changer! Awesome beach chairs and beach umbrella to use. Access to very nice gym and pool and restaurant by the pool. Walk to everything, shopping beach, restaurants. You have a small ocean view, and the unit is set back from the beach so it is very private and quiet. You can enjoy the view while having coffee/ breakfast or any meal on the large private lanai without worrying about people looking at you as they walk bye. Would highly recommend!

Had a great stay at Brendan’s place. Perfect location, beautiful grounds and comfy. Beach umbrella was broken, Brendan had a new one delivered the same day and gave us a great tip for securing it on the windy beaches. Highly recommend..

Brendan was very helpful from the time of booking and throughout our stay. The condo was just as described and was the perfect place for our time in Kauai. It is very close to many restaurants in Poipu. We also really enjoyed the athletic club’s pool and facilities. Would stay again!

Great place

Really nicely appointed unit with beach and pool access. Was a very nice experience overall. Would have been better if the friends had made their flight out, but at least we know where to stay next time.

Had a wonderful stay at this condo. It had everything you needed for a family of 4 to spread out and relax for the week. It is a remodeled unit with AC-nicely appointed with a lot of little extras that we appreciated a lot: Laundry in the unit, beach gear, extra hangers, a few games and books, also fitted with all the kitchen tools and gadgets including a rice cooker and a blender. It was super close to shopping, the athletic club with pickleball courts across the street -and the best part -a semi private area of Poipu beach with a beach shack and towel service just a short walk (8 minutes) away. No need to bring lawn chairs…they have plenty at the shack! Surf lessons were offered daily in front of the big lawn so if you want to learn- this is a great place to start. We snorkeled in 3 places around the island and this was by far the best for seeing a lot of fish. It was close to places to eat and shop and we loved Keoki Paradise. Their Coconut Mojito was hands down our favorite cocktail all week. Total props to Brendan for his wonderful virtual hospitality -from the moment we booked until we sadly had to say goodbye. He was always quick to respond to my every question- Mahalo! We had a great time here and would def book again.

Brendan was very accommodating for our last minute request. The place was immaculate and right behind the Marriott where our friends were staying. The AC provided much needed reprieve. We will be back! Thanks again!

Great Condo and Island

We enjoyed our week long stay in Poipu. The condo was perfect for the two of us. The kitchen is well equipped and everything you need is close at hand. Perfectly situated on the south side of the island there is much to see and do including Na Pali coast, Waimea Canyon, and several beaches. Koala town is a very short drive and worth visiting. Great food all over this side of the island. Brendan was easy to communicate with although we didn’t have any issues. Stay here if you can.

Beautiful property, lovely grounds and nice beach access. Nice gym and pool across the road with a great restaurant, tennis and pickle ball. The condo was perfect for my husband and I but can sleep two more on the pullout couch. Kitchen was stocked with dishes, pots, pans, utinsils, coffee maker (not a Kuerig) and more. This condo also has two beach chairs and a small boogie board for your use. I picked this condo due to the fact that it is air conditioned and had a washer/dryer combo u it which we used almost daily. The owner is great with communication. He answers quickly and provides great information about the area. We loved Poipu. There are lots of great restaurants and shopping there along with Poipu beach with a lifeguard and protected swimming area. The turtles come up every night and that is a must see! We would stay here again and will if we ever return to Kauai.

Great stay!

My husband and I had a great stay here on our honeymoon! The place was clean and comfortable and Brendan was super friendly and easy to communicate with. The pool/hot tub was just a quick walk (but you can also drive if you’d like) and the restaurant there was great both times we stopped by! Getting to the beach was easy as well and we were able to walk down it a little bit to see the turtles come up at night (highly recommend!!). The cleaners get rid of any condiments/spices/etc. so you do have to bring/buy your own, but other than that they had all the necessary kitchen utensils and such. The pool/hot tub does close at 7pm, which is enforced, but it wasn’t too big a deal since staying on Kauai means a lot of fairly early mornings. We would definitely stay here again!

Such a wonderful place to stay!

The views from the patio of the ocean is great. The walk to Poipu beach is 5 minutes. The condo has beach chairs that are back pack style to carry, leaving hands free to carry a tote. The owner has thought of everything that makes your stay here effortless. The washer/dryer is very cool. The kitchen has the basic tools to make meals. We took advantage of the beach club on our last day since the flight out of Kauai was at 10pm. This was a tidbit that the owner let us know about since checkout is at 11am. The location is close to shopping, restaurants and activities, such as Zipline, Port Allen for sunset dinner cruz, warehouse 3540 (Loved this place!).

Great spot close to everything!

We had a great stay. The unit is nicely renovated and close to the beach, shops and things to do in Poipu. We loved having the beach activity hut on the property. Rented snorkel gear and took a surf lesson. Would definitely stay again!

Magical place

Amazing location with easy access to beach, athletic club, and other island locations. The unit itself is obviously recently updated and was immaculate. Checking in and out was easy, and host was quick to communicate. We will definitely stay again!

We live in Northern California, raising our three daughters in Eureka. We love traveling to Hawaii, Mexico and other tropical locations. I was a Maui guy until we discovered the Koloa area and in particular, Poipu beach. It is such beautiful tropical area, we loved it and bought a condo and then a few more. I enjoy renovating our condos for our future guests to enjoy a comfortable, relaxing space in our slice of paradise while exploring the Kauai and Poipu adventure.

Poipu is now, our favorite Hawaiian location! The lush grounds and tropical vegetation with a little rain yet more sunshine. It is a tropical paradise! Not a concrete jungle like most modern resorts in Hawaii. Kiahuna Plantation is a perfect place for families, fun, watersports and romance without the feeling of being over crowded. The resort is a low density development and surprisingly quiet.
Kiahuna Plantation is a very traditional Hawaiian plantation style resort with large open lawns, gorgeous tropical gardens and plantation style construction. Plenty of room to get comfortable, relax and enjoy Island time in Paradise. We especially like the fact that, Located across the street is the Poipu Beach shopping village with a Keoki's, Starbucks, Whaler’s convenience store, including bakery, Gelato – Ice Cream shop, restaurants and shopping. Poipu beach is perfect for swimming, snorkeling and surfing. The KP Beach Hut provides the beach towels and rents snorkel gear boogie boards and surf lessons and free beach chairs if needed.
Also across the street is the popular , Lil Fish coffee shop and the PBAC . Poipu Beach Athletic Club, with pool - slide, hot tub and a sand entrance for toddlers and concerned Grandparents Gym equipment , yoga, Courts for tennis, pickle ball, basketball, many sports. Located inside PBAC is the Cabana Grill for good food and drinks while lounging poolside or whatever meal you need. Besides, it's Five O'clock somewhere! Old Koloa town is located 2-3 miles away with more food establishments and shopping. The Shops at Kukui 'Ula - shopping center is 1 mile away with a Longs Drug store and many other shops and food establishments.
We usually walk along the Ocean front road, "Hoonani rd." to the shops at Kukui 'Ula. It's an Ocean frontage road that leads you to the Kukui'Ula shops. 1mile easy walk. About half way, you can Spot the turtles hanging out in the deeper water and rocks of the shoreline. Check it out for yourself.

Morning coffee on the Lanai is special. Any time on the lanai is wonderful.
Sunsets are beautiful.
Kauai is a laid back island community and most folks run on Island time! We Love it!!
Why wait… just book it! It was definitely our best decision. Could be yours, too!
