Great place!

We found the checking in process easy and helpful with photos of the apartment location. The apartment was very clean and very well stocked we were really impressed and was a lovely spacious apartment in just the right location. The only negative this was for a couple of us they weren't used to memory foam mattresses so found them a bit hard to sleep on they may be better on slatted bases rather than solid. There was a note left to use bands for the pool access however bands were not provided however we could still get in.

Clean flat and in great conditions!

Spacious, clean and have all we needed ! Pick-up & drop-off keys system! Not ideal when you need to drive 20min or so each way to/from the flat to the agency! A security box would be more easy, like any other renting place do !

Buena ubicación

La ubicación es muy buena. Para recoger las llaves, es necesario ir a la inmobiliaria a por ellas que está a 25 minutos de la casa (casi 1 hora perdida entre ir y volver!). Lo mismo para la devolución. Eso debería estar avisado con antelación. La casa no está bien limpia. La vajilla, vasos, cubertería, sartenes, etc son de muy mala calidad. Los platos de ducha y bañera necesitan de un cambio de siliconas. Están con mucho moho lo que resulta ser muy desagradable. El aire acondicionado no funcionaba, llamamos a la inmobiliaria que nos dijo que nos llamarían de vuelta. Nunca nos llamaron. Luego nos fijamos por una nota que algún inquilino anterior dejó en la pared que para encenderlo había que subir un plomo y que para apagarlo, había que bajarlo. También era necesario una tarjeta para acceder a la piscina. Nadie nos informó de ello y tuvimos que buscarla por la casa. Estaba también en una pared con un magnético. En resumen, la casa necesita de un repaso. Es bastante mas vieja de lo que aparenta en las fotos. No hay columna de hidromasaje en la ducha. La recepción y gestión de la inmobiliaria es pésima.
