Good location for downtown houston

We really enjoyed our visit to the Houston area. The apartment was convenient, well stocked and all we needed to be comfortable.

The host was responsive and helpful, especially when I had trouble accessing the property (totally my fault).However, the place itself was somewhat unpleasant. The hot water was brown when I first turned it on, the toilet wouldn't stop running and the place wasn't clean. There was a hairball in the corner of the bedroom, coffee drips on the counter, and what looked like dried blood on the flannel blanket, which was covered with a sheet. Gross!Also, and this is a pet peeve, there were no rugs in the entire apartment, just bare floor. The couch looked like it came from a street corner. The shower curtain was full of mildew. There were no hangers in the closet to hang my clothes. This place was so bare bones!!On a positive note, the bed was comfortable.

Great location, awesome host!

The location was absolutely perfect for our family vacation. We were less than 10 minutes away from Herman park and the Museum district. The neighborhood was lovely and peaceful. Max, was one of the most responsive hosts I have ever had in my 10+ years of using this and the other similar website for vacation rentals. We had a few issues upon check in with kitchen appliances not working properly. Max was immediately responsive and provided workable solutions within 1 hour and had the issues completely resolved within 24hrs. I highly recommend this property and Max as a host. It was a lovely, cozy, quiet place to come back to after full days spent at Houston area museums, zoo and sports venues!

Excellent Apartment and Host

we really enjoyed our stay here. the apartment looked as promised and was fully furnished with everything we would need. the host was always available and helpful for any problems we came across. the internet consistently worked and had a strong signal. the area was quiet, but a close walk or drive to restuarants, coffee shops, and stores.

Exceptional Stay

I lived here for around three months while doing an internship in Houston, and it was absolutely the most perfect place to stay for a reasonable price! As a young girl, I was apprehensive living so close to downtown Houston alone, but I was able to make this apartment feel like home and never felt unsafe. The owner also is the nicest person. He always made sure I was enjoying my stay and that everything in the apartment was working and clean. Loved it and highly recommend!

Exactly what we needed

Our daughter lives in the Montrose area so location is very important and this apartment worked out great. We've stayed in several places in this area and this is our favorite. We will definitely check out its availability on our next trip to Houston.

My name is Massimo, but you can call me Max (yes, it works also in Italian). I was born and raised in Italy and at a certain point I have decided to put down roots in the “Land of the Free”. In particular, I am fascinated by Houston because of its multiculturalism, diversity, creativity and because I see this city as a constant gate: to South America, to the Far West, to the Outer Space, ....

I started using AirBnB/VRBO out of curiosity and, eventually, I found out that I am driven by a genuine sense of hospitality. I find it natural to take care of my guests and their needs. I enjoy making your stay as pleasant as possible. I like checking in regularly in case you need anything and I feel responsible for you to be completely satisfied with your experience.

I love exchanging point of views and information but at the same time I’m considerate of your privacy so I set up my listings in a way that my guests are totally independent from check-in to check-out.

I appreciate receiving recommendations on how to improve and make unique the AirBnB experience, for the current and the future guests. I feel like your feedback can make these homes unique, comfortable and warm.

All my listings are gay friendly and open to love of all kinds. Also, they are open to guests of any religion, belief and origin.
