Enjoy the natural beauty surrounding this historic riverfront getaway in this upscale 40' LandMark Sequoia luxury RV 5th Wheel.. This property located in Old Town FL situated between Manatee Springs and Fanning Springs on the banks of the Suwanee River. Ideal for kayaking, canoeing with boat ramp access steps away. You can also bring your boat (22' max) or kayaks with access to our dock. Greenway hiking and biking Trail nearby.
Fully equipped kitchen and full bath, TV's, DVD, internet, BBQ, fire pit, picnic table, awning. king size bed in Master Bedroom plus Queen self inflated air bed in Living Room. Watch your favorite sporting events and movies in our indoor Home Theater or on our outdoor TV fire pit area, just feet away from the bank. Enjoy the peaceful natural beauty and activity of the Suwannee River.

John and Anne thank you so much for allowing us to stay. All of the kids had a great time and I enjoyed myself as well. The RV was perfect a nice big king size bed that all the kids slept in together and I slept on the mattress in the living room it was perfect! The scenery of nature was awesome loved the 10-minute drive to fanning springs and we enjoyed that outdoor pit a lot. This will stay on our list of places to visit again

Weekend Getaway

We had such a nice relaxing time! It was the perfect place to rest and recharge. Loved having coffee while watching the sunrise over the Suwannee and really enjoyed watching a movie outside by the fire.

Great place to stay

Perfect Getaway on the Suwannee River

We had an absolutely excellent stay on the Suwannee River in a beautiful camper. The serene surroundings made for such a relaxing getaway. The host, John, was incredibly helpful and kind, going above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed for a perfect trip. My wife and I truly enjoyed our time here and are already planning to come back again. Highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat!

We had an AMAZING weekend here. The view of the river from this property is spectacular. The RV was super clean and well equipped. John and Ann were the most hospitable and friendly hosts you could ever hope to meet. Would love to visit again.

Perfect Riverfront Getaway – Can’t Wait to Come Back!

This place was absolutely amazing! The RV was spotless, cozy, and had everything we needed for a perfect getaway. The location couldn’t have been better—right off the river with the most beautiful views! We loved spending our evenings by the fire-pit and taking advantage of all the outdoor activities. John & Anne were wonderful hosts, super responsive, and made sure we had a great stay. We had theeee best time and can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend!

Wonderful vacation!

Fantastic location right on the Suwanee River! Very relaxing outdoor accommodations by the firepit overlooking the water. Inside the RV was clean, great air conditioning, and all the conveniences and comfort of home to include WiFi and streaming services on the TVs. Location was extremely convenient to multiple area attractions. Fantastic hosts who were a pleasure to meet. Great stay and would highly recommend it to anyone.

A perfect retreat

First of all John is an amazing host. Second - John has an amazing RV. Third - John's RV sits on the Suwannee river, which will mesmerize everyone with it's natural beauty. It was perfect for our family of four.

Relaxing getaway

Had a great time! John and his wife are amazing hosts. They really took care of us! RV had everything you need for a nice and relaxing time. Kids loved the hammock and table games. Springs are close by. Views of the river are great from the RV. Definitely coming back!

Wonderful

This spacious RV, on a beautiful lot overlooking the Suwanee River was so comfortable host was extremely hospitable and kind. Area was serene. Everything I could possibly need anymore was supplied.

My wife Anne and I are both original city people. We moved to the scenic Suwannee for retirement to get away from the busy schedules we lived in the city. We are only a 45 min drive away from Gainesville Florida for the normal amenities of city life, if needed. We are also 10 min by boat to Fanning Springs upriver and 10 min by boat to Manatee Springs down river. Makes for a nice day trip. dinner and a movie afterwards by our outdoor theater.

I have been enjoying this area of the Suwannee River for the past 40 years. Hunting, Fishing, Skiing, Spring Diving. absolute rural beauty. No horn honking here.
