このエステートは、個人的に22エーカーの自然のままの手付かずの手付かずのチェサピークウォーターフロントに位置し、Little Choptank川にあります。 エステートには5つの家があり、航海をテーマにして美しく装飾されています。 それぞれの家は2016年のように骨の折れるように再建され、デザイナー家具が置かれています。 私たちの3つのウォーターフロントの家、Charthouse、Mariner、そしてSpinnakerにはそれぞれ5つの寝室があります。 アウトリガーは4ベッドルーム3バスとゲームルームがあります。 Quarterdeckは2つのためのシャワーで大規模な散歩と1つの絶妙なベッドルームと広いデラックスバスルームを備えています。 プロパティは、結婚式、隠れ家、再会や企業のイベントに最適です。 敷地内にゴルフカートがあります。
