This home offers breathtaking views in every direction - 15 acres of land, blanketed in nature and native plants, which face the cove and dock of quiet water extending into the waters of the beautiful Chesapeake. The expansive grounds offer ample space for strolls along the shoreline, crabbing adventures, fishing off the newly built private pier, or easy launching of kayaks and SUPs. The salt water pool provides a refreshing spot to unwind with the added convenience of a kitchenette and full bath in the pool house. As you explore the property, enjoy the grape arbor, pears, and blueberries ripe for picking. Beyond Gratitude Farm, a 10-minute drive will lead you to the charming town of St. Michaels. The Eastern Shore of Maryland and the Chesapeake Bay is a beautiful place for a vacation. Gratitude Farm is THE best place to stay. We wouldn’t go anywhere else. The house is warm, cozy and comfy. I love the renovated farm house feel. It faces east right on the water with extraordinary views and awesome sunrises. Far off the road so very quiet. Dark with very little light pollution so great stargazing at night. It’s a huge property so our dog had a lot of space for ball-chasing. 4 kayaks so we all had a chance to get out on the water. Modern kitchen with everything you need. The beds are super-comfy. It feels like home. The Annie Leibovitz book in the living room is amazing. A Taschen SUMO with its own tripod stand, 20”x27” (that’s a large book), over 400 pages of celebrity (Queen Elizabeth to Mick Jagger) photos that capture the essence of these famous people as only Leibovitz can. It was one of the extras that makes Gratitude Farm a special place. You can’t ask for a better host with Christina. So relaxed with super communications. Thank you for a wonderful, relaxing, memorable week at Gratitude Farm.

Welcome to our home away from home! We look forward to sharing our special place with you. We bought Gratitude as an escape from the city and as a giant playground for our Labrador Retrievers.

Gratitude Farm’s seclusion makes it a wonderful time away, no matter the season. Being waterfront, you’ll enjoy crabbing, oystering, kayaking and SUP paddle boarding. The saltwater pool is large and refreshing. The kitchen is equipped to the max and the beds are top of the line in comfort.
