Loved the space, cute and cozy. Owner is very responsive, helpful and accommodating.Close to shopping and beaches. Only draw back is small fridge and no stove.

Home away from home

Cody made us comfortable and the property was stocked with everything we needed. It was a 10 minute drive from Mayo and within walking distance of the beach! We will stay here again if we come back!

Perfect for our needs

Cody was very personable and there if we needed anything. Quiet neighborhood 5 minutes from Neptune Beach and 10 minutes from the Mayo Clinic. Our stay was very comfortable and exactly what we needed.

Cody was a wonderful hostess, friendly, helpful and provided many great suggestions of places to visit. The property is lovely and very accommodating to my pups! I would highly recommend this VRBO without hesitation!

Wonderful little getaway!

My husband and I stayed with Cody for a brief get away before the delivery of our third child. She was so sweet and did absolutely anything she could to ensure our stay was as comfortable as possible. Cody truly treats her guests like family and I would 100% recommend staying here.

Perfect Get Away!

Loved our stay! Cody’s place was exactly what we needed! Comfortable king size bed and adorable outdoor space with gazebo, pool, fireplace, music! Cody is a great host and provided everything that we needed! We will definitely be back some day!

I am easy going and love meeting new people. I am a vibrant 68yr old with two grown children. I love music, as you will be able to see by my décor. My favorite music are Blues and Rock n' Roll. I was born and raised in Jacksonville Beach as was my dad and my children. As a matter of fact, we ALL went to the same high school. I love Jacksonville Beach and I want my guests to love it as well so I am dedicated to making everyone comfortable and happy. After all, it is Paradise!

I was born and raised in Jax Beach. When looking for a place to live, I knew this was the area for me. I waited until my piece of paradise became available, that's how bad I wanted to live right here! I was very fortunate to buy in this location and the bonus was the pool. I gutted and fixed it to my liking which I'm sure you will love! So, come share my home with me in your own private suite with its own entrance and exit poolside.

Of course the pool makes this property a great find. Walking is a very good option, for everything is very close. Lots of friendly people and places to go. You never have to get dressed up, not even to go to church, if you don't want to.
