Walk to the beach! Two bedroom unit in the heart of Jax Beach

Enjoy easy access to everything from this perfectly located home base. It is a newly renovated unit with plenty of old school Florida home vibes. This house is one unit in a quadplex.

Location location location!
8 blocks from the ocean.
10 minute walk to the bar & restaurant scene.
15 minute drive to Mayo Clinic.

This is an upstairs unit that is apart of a quadplex. You will have to walk up about 20 stairs to enter the unit.

There is a key code to enter the unit.

I live nearby and am available if needed at a moments notice. Check in is contactless and we will not need to interact in person unless you need something.

The house is in a quiet neighborhood on a road full of multifamily homes. It is a straight shot to the beach, only about a 10 block walk.

Driving is normal but biking around is the best! There are a couple different companies that rent bicycles.

You can also get Ubers and Lyfts very easily. There is an app called Beach Buggies that you can download that offers free rides in the beach area only (please tip your driver though!).

The unit is an upstairs unit in a quadplex. There are other guests staying in the same home but your unit is completely private. Kind of like a very small apartment building.

CANCELLATION POLICY: There is a 5% cancellation fee for all bookings to cover processing fees.

Place was simple yet clean and responses from host were very prompt. Location was ideal since it was close to the beach and to the place we had our Tournament. Highly recommended. We would definitely come back.

Overall good location, the space is wide and quiet. The 2 beds help for a family. The unit is a bit older. The couch looks dirty, maybe needs to be replaced. The bedsheets are all clean. Good stay.

This lovely little 2 bedroom 1 bath house was perfect for our stay. Only thing I would suggest is black out curtains in the smaller bedroom as the sun shines very brightly through those windows making it difficult to sleep

Awesome place

It was in a good area, not far from the beach. It could have had tvs in the bedrooms. Everything else was fine and would use it again when i plan to be in Jacksonville.

Not the cleanliness I was expecting, the couch was badly stained. The toilet seat was broken and I was unable to get WiFi , it would go in and out. Blinds are broken and hanging off.

Perfect for seeing local bands

Everything was as described and clean. Close to beach, food and music. Nice to have dedicated parking. Easy check in and out. Zac was readily available to answer questions. Will definitely look to stay here again when visiting my Jax area band friends

Clean and convenient!

Had everything we needed. Had our own parking right at the stairs to the upstairs unit. Close to Jacksonville Beach! Close to the Mayo clinic. Host Zachary is an excellent communicator and he checked in regularly to make sure we had everything we needed.

Perfect VRBO Getaway Spot

Zac delivered exactly what was noted. Hardwood floors throughout main areas/bedrooms; renovated bathroom; LARGE space for the cost; this place was renovated beautifully rather instead of doing a tear down and building with cheap materials. Access to everything digital you'd ever need through the TV subscriptions. All that and less than 10 minutes to be sitting on the beach.

Clean, comfortable

Overall very good for a very reasonable price. A little issue with the property description. It said there was laundry when there is not, but thats not a show stopper for a short stay. Clean space, comfortable beds. Short distance to the beach. Good walking area.
