This was our second stay at this property. We loved everything about it so much during our first visit that we returned the following year. However, this time, we encountered a significant issue. During the first night of our stay, a loud thumping noise emerged from the wall behind the bed in the only downstairs bedroom, waking us up. It continued from 2 AM to 4 AM, keeping the occupants of the room awake. We contacted the property manager through the app the next morning, but they simply replied with an "Okay then," and that was the extent of their response. On the second night, the noise returned, again from 2 AM to 4 AM, and it was even louder than the first. After sending video and audio proof of the noises, customer service informed us that they would reach out to the local team. The following day, the local team indicated they would send someone out on Monday morning, but this was unhelpful as we were checking out on Sunday. It felt like no one truly cared about our concerns.The third night brought even more noise; it was so loud that it woke everyone in the upstairs bedrooms as well, again from 2 AM to 4 AM. I reached out a third time, hoping for a resolution, but no one responded. Additionally, we experienced issues with the water pressure, and there was a sulfur smell during our stay, making for a less than restful vacation.Despite these problems, the property itself is wonderful. We hope someone will take our feedback seriously and address these issues.
