Comfortable stay

Great location. Comfortable beds. Great house layout. Love the pool and outdoor space. We barbecued and ate dinner outdoors every night with a gorgeous view of the mountains in the background. Management company is very communicative. Will definitely stay again.

Nice Place

This is a nice place to stay. The location is great. Pool and outdoor spaces are wonderful to be able to be outside. The only downside is if you are spending any time in the house, the furniture is not the most comfortable. It meets the mid-century vibe of Palm Springs, but it is not the best to actually sit on. I give it a 4 out of 5 stars.

Cold Water

Property was just fine. No warm/hot water in the master bathroom, which was a downside. Gate codes for driveway gate take forever to work, as well as the garage opener to get the gate to work.

Christmas in Palm Springss

More than I could have dreamed of...the house was perfection inside and out. My only comment is the master bath shower HAS to be replaced. It was mentioned in the notes for the house that it was complicated and they weren't kidding - there is no way to turn it on without getting completely soaked. Otherwise everything was wonderful. Thanks for making my vacation with my family a wonderful memory to cherish.

Cute but...

Acme property management was excellent and very responsive to service requests. Home is in need of overall maintenance and refreshing. Kitchen ceiling fan didn't work (service repair needed to order parts, should've been found by housekeeping), we recommend a binder with printed instructions, outdoor space was ok,(not as fresh and bright as online pics) and not sufficient landscape lighting, amenities and bath/bedding less than luxury. It's a cute house, but price doesn't align with online impression. Important to note; neighborhood is not 'renter' friendly and greatly limits entertaining (totally understand but read fine print and details re fines).

Wonderful location with beautiful views

I brought my wife to Palm Springs for her birthday with another couple. This house was perfect for our trip. The views were incredible and it was extremely accessible to town for dinner, shopping, hiking, etc.

AMAZING EXPERIENCE!!

This house is amazing! The location is perfect and so private. It is so close to downtown and to everything we wanted to see and do. The kitchen is very nicely stocked with everything we could have ever needed and more. Comfortable beds and the master shower is so luxurious. We loved the pool and yard and spent most of our time there. The only thing that was slightly disappointing was the spa was never got really warm even after we decided to pay extra for the heat. The heat did help to warm the pool up to a perfect temperature though. Adding on the heat is highly recommended, we did not realize how cool the desert can be this time of year after the sun goes down. We also were so happy that the house is pet friendly as we love taking the fur babies on vacation with us.

Not hassle free

We booked a 2 night stay at this property. What I thought would be an easy booking process turned out to be the opposite. After you book thru VRBO you then get to spend more time reading thru strict addendums and sending in pics so the rental company can verify its really you. Got it did my part then I get a missed call from Christina leaves a VM and then texts that I need to resend my pics. She gets my name wrong on the text, I corrected her then I call her because I wanted to try to cancel but she informed me I couldnt, they were yet to confirm my reservation. I called and she gets my name wrong again. She giggles (dont know what was so funny) very unproffessional. All of a sudden she says ill show my supervisor and im sure he will approve them. Like what! Finally the reservation was confirmed the next day. Check in was easy. House felt good,ac blasting. House was clean. Checked outside, furniture had bird poop. A nice wash down before we arrived woulda been nice. Not my responsibilty to call it in to get it done. I want to enjoy my paid time there. The pool water was warm but thats outta there control, next day was cooler. The master shower was a nightmare. It was not a regular shower and there was no manual provided. My husband and I were scolded by 110°water. Called in emergency hotline and nobody knew how to turn it off. Luckily my husband figured it out. Did not use it for the rest of our stay. Property Manager did not reach out to apologize. Will not stay heragain!

Warm Sands

House and bedding was clean. Pool and hot tub were nice as well. Hot tub wasn’t heating one of the days during our stay and the company was quick to respond and fix it. Would be nice to have seen an aerial view of the property to see pool placement to outside.

Perfect Palm Springs Getaway!

Beautiful home with every detail thought of. Perfect location! Outside area is simply a beautiful oasis with amazing views! Very private with lots of seating areas for entertaining. If I could make one change, I would switch out the mattress in the master bedroom or add a feather bed. Mattress was very firm. Other than this, everything at this property was PERFECT and would definitely stay here again!

Happy Times at Sunny Palms!

We really enjoyed our stay at Sunny Palms! The house is nicely decorated and has great amenities. The backyard is amazing with a pool, hot tub, fire pit, and multiple seating areas. The house is located close to downtown, which is very convenient, but the street is busy and you can hear car noise. We were surprised to see the required clean-up instructions for checking out given the high cost of the cleaning fee that is included in the rental costs.

great property

This was the perfect house for our friends long weekend stay. Plenty of room for the five of us. We especially loved the outdoor areas including the sunny front yard for morning coffee, the firepit and jacuzzi tub in the cool evenings, and the pool area for afternoon lounging in the sun. Location was great for walking to downtown shops and a short 7 minute drive from the airport. Highly recommended!

PERFECT place for a friends/family gathering

Pros: Truly excellent service and communication from property management. House was immaculate and well-furnished, with a variety of different spaces. Really easy check in & out (unlike some other short term rentals, you don't have to spend your whole last day cleaning). The pool and hot tub are wonderful, with plenty of lounge furniture. Cons: Two of the 3 beds were a bit too firm for some of our guests. Being close to the airport means you can hear some airport noise at night. Nothing that would prevent sleep, but it is noticeable.

Nice, well equipped Vrbo.

We loved all the amenities this Vrbo was equipped with. The pool was perfect, cleaned regularly, and had the best foam lounger floats. We used this daily and they had two of them. The fire pit was also very nice at night. Although we didn’t use the hot tub, it’s a nice feature. We also didn’t use the BBQ, but it looked easy and was also another plus to have. They also had a toaster, toaster oven, two coffee makers and all full appliances. Pool towels were provided, the house was clean, and we could walk to the neighborhood bagel place called Townies. We appreciate your assistance ACME.

The right spot

Very nice property. More than ample outdoor sitting. Close to friends in Palm Desert as well as La Quinta . Essential kitchen supplies were there plus. Pool was fantastic.

Convenient house with great pool

Overall, the property was nicely maintained and served our needs (2 adults and 2 teens). The best feature was the pool and hot tub, both of which were clean and worked well. The house was conveniently located near Townie bagels and Starbucks, both of which were easily walkable. I didn't love being on a main street, but the hedges muffled the occasional car noise. There were a few misses with the prepping of the house: no coffee filters, no bath mats, and only one bath towel. Likely an oversight, and the very responsive property managers brought towels the next day. Generally an enjoyable location--not luxurious, but it suited our needs. I appreciated Acme's customer service.

Outstanding Property - Perfect Location

Couldn’t have been happier with this home and location for our family of six. Even better than pictured - incredible outdoor living with pool, hot tub, fire pit and so many seating/eating areas. We lived outside and loved it. Walkable to amazing bagel/bakery shop and to Starbucks (big hits with kids). Slightly longer walk to restaurants but very do-able. Also easy fast access to outstanding hiking. Quick drive to Target and Trader Joe’s. Could not have been happier with the entire experience. Thank you!

Immediate attention

We had a plumbing issue halfway through our stay. The management team was extremely courteous and prompt in addressing the matter. They even sent housekeeping the following morning to tidy up the bathrooms because of the plumbing back up into the bathtub and shower. Even though we had the plumbing issue, the response of the management team still made our trip worthy of five star rating. Location was wonderful, the pool and spa were wonderful, and the time with friends of 37+ years was priceless.
