The best hosts!

Can’t say enough great things about Brad and Bernie as hosts. Clean and comfortable accommodations combined with regular check-ins and communication - they made us feel like family. This is a GREAT option if you are visiting the Rathbun area to hunt, fish, or just enjoy some of Iowa’s finest outdoors and wilderness areas. 5 stars, highly recommend! We will absolutely stay here again in the future!

Pick this place

This was our first time visit to Rathbun Lake.We could not have asked for a nicer, more comfortable place to stay. Everything we needed for a week long stay was available. Brad & Bernie checked every day to see if we needed anything and they were very helpful in helping us find our way around the area. We can't imagine anyone being disappointed in staying here. Nice clean property

Our adult children with their kids were the ones who stayed there, we were only there for a short time in the morning for breakfast. It was very clean and spacious.

Our property is on a corner lot with a great view and is very peaceful. We only have neighbors on the east side of us. Plenty of parking and lots of lawn area to use. Sit on the front deck and enjoy the breeze coming off the lake!
